This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps four guests, with a California King bed in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Great location to walk out to the pool or the bay-side beach! The patio and peaceful atmosphere will make this your favorite home away from home to relax, read, and watch the boats and dolphins go by. This unit has free wireless internet and free parking! During prime season, a 14-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure are required.

This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.
