Nuestra calle respalda a un campo de golf de campeonato para aquellos que disfrutan del tee time. Una gran terraza con parrilla y patio permite entretenerse y relajarse, o puede conducir cinco minutos para tomar un crucero de langosta desde el puerto de Sesuit. Los niveles principal e inferior con aire acondicionado permiten áreas espaciosas y cómodas para que una familia grande o dos se extiendan cómodamente. La suite principal incluye cama King Size Sleep y baño privado. This is a large family home on a small pond (no swimming) with a new deck and cozy sunroom where we spent most of our time when at the house. Kitchen was very functional and open. I think it’s ideal for large families and there is a lower level with multiple twin beds and access to the outside. Only a very small bath on lower level but it is a full bath. Great outdoor shower too. Hosts are wonderful. There were 4 of us younger older adults and this home was a big large for our needs but it was in a good location and we enjoyed the area immensely. For those with mobility challenges, this home could be problematic. though there are multiple ways to enter the home, the most common ways to access are via stairs. Also the mattresses are okay but not what we are accustomed to in many rentals these days. Again, an overall very good home, great hosts, and positive stay.

Reunion on the Cape

Beautiful and comfortable home situated on a quiet pond. Our family consisting of ages 22-93 enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we could need for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and our host was very responsive. Would highly reccommend.

Beautiful home on the Cape

Our stay was lovely. The home is very spacious and super clean. The deck is beautiful and overlooks a lovely yard and pond. Great place to read and have coffee. My parents really enjoyed sitting in the four seasons porch room. It has sliding doors and stayed cool with the AC. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice place to cook and still be able to chat with family in the sitting/living room. My husband loved the basement level with its own bathroom/living room and walk out to another outside sitting area and outside shower. The four beds down there were wasted on us but great place for older kids. The bathrooms upstairs were nice and updated. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet. Carol was lovely and was quick to trouble shoot and issues that might come up. My dad did get a canoe out in the pond and caught two bass. The beaches are about a 15 minute or so drive away but getting the weekly beach pass was well worth it. We really enjoyed Scargo Lake after a day at the ocean. Great swimming. Very small suggestions: having some hooks or towel racks. Also could use a bit more lighting on the porch and by the keyless entry door. Grilling was tough in the dark. But we did accidentally leave our meat thermometer on the fridge. Ooops. That will help! We would come back to this house in a heartbeat. It was fantastic.

Beautiful property

Great house, sunroom is so beautiful overlooking the pond, all amenities as described. Carol was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, she arranged for us to get into the property one hour early (much appreciated) and even delivered extra kitchen towels to us when we found only one in the house. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great House and Location!

We had a great time at the house, and ti was our first trip to the Cape. It is exactly as presented and was very clean. The beach was a short drive from the house, and we appreciated the umbrellas and beach chairs that were available to use. The house is very spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Back Porch with a View

The pond is lovely, and there are a variety of seating areas in which to convene, ranging from a lovely deck, to a sunroom, to a large kitchen/family room. The house is well stocked with books, games and toys in case the weather does not cooperate!

Wonderful house on the Cape

We have been going to the Cape during the summer for many years and this is, without a doubt, the best house we have stayed in. The house is beautiful and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We found the house to be very clean and extremely well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen, laundry room and beach chairs etc, (too much to list all). Carol responded to all of our inquiries expeditiously. The beds are very comfortable. The house is large and roomy. The view of the pond is exquisite. What more can I say other than I hope we have the opportunity to stay here on our future visits to the Cape. Thank you Carol for your hospitality!

Excellent property!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carol and Nick's home! The house was huge, impeccably clean, and had literally everything we needed! The kids loved having an entire gigantic floor to themselves, and we all enjoyed morning coffees in the sunroom and evening dinners on the deck overlooking the pond. Carol and Nick were incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. This place comes as advertised and I would certainly recommend it to anyone!

We had a fabulous stay at Carol’s house with my family. I don’t think I’ve ever had a host who put as much effort into making their guests feel welcome as she did for us. The true measure of good service always comes when things don’t go to the original plan. This is where she shined! We had something break while we were in the house, and she was on it, and got it repaired immediately. During that process she kept is informed the entire time, and then followed up after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The house itself is great, we had a full house of 10 guests, and everyone was comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck or in the sun room if it was a bit too hot outside. Dinner’s on the deck every night looking over the pond, and sunsets at the nearby beach. Hopefully we’ll be back!!

Large family

Such a great space for a large family. Everything was as expected. A couple things would have made the stay a little more comfortable with better pillows and sheets. I know that I go a little above and beyond with them at my place. It was a great stay and the hosts were exceptional at keeping us informed about the stay.

A Cape Cod Wedding

I loved the neighborhood. The view of the pond was wonderful. And we were 5 to 7 minutes driving to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a wonderful wedding weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

Cape Cod Perfect

The ideal house for our family with plenty of space and all the amenities. We shared breakfasts and some dinners on the deck over looking the natural setting of Cedar Pond, quiet relaxation and great fun with our grandkids. Our hosts responded very quickly to all inquiries and thought of every detail to welcome us into their home and make the most of our vacation. The location is ideal for the majority of Cape attractions that we hold dearest yet far away from the bustle of typical Cape traffic. The place to unwind, build memorable times with family and friends and experience the beauty of what the Cape has to offer. This house and hosts deserve the highest recommendation.

Fabulous Cape Cod Home!

We have been vacationing on the Cape for 30+ years, with our family and friends. This is one of the best properties we have ever had the pleasure to rent. It is truly a home! VRBO can be filled with rental properties, but this house was a home shared by our host Carol. Too many amenities to mention them all here - but you feel like you're staying in your own house. Dishes, glasses, kitchen gadgets, comfortable beds, lots of room, outdoor gear - you name it. AND the pond! only down side is you can't swim in it, (too weedy) but my husband fished every day and caught many different kinds of Bass. Loved staying here !!

This has been our family home for 41 great years. There are gorgeous beaches and the pond actually sparkles many days. There are great restaurants, golf courses, and numerous things to do for all ages nearby. East Dennis has less traffic than many of the busier towns and the scenic route 6A. It is easily accessible for swimming, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, miniature golf, live and screen theaters, go karts, and more.
