There is plenty of room for all the family in this fabulous home with a large downstairs teenagers retreat with pool table. The parents can enjoy the cosy upstairs living room with beautiful ocean views.
Features Includes: Swimming pool, heated plunge pool, private Garden, outdoor shower, multi level living, ceiling fans, multiple TV's, pool table, three living areas, dishwasher, washing Machine, laundry, ocean views, undercover outdoor area and dinning setting, ducted A/C throughout top level, split system A/C in every room downstairs, BBQ.
