WOW! This beauty is right on the beach! Welcome to Windbreaker #16 with fresh new updates for the 2024 season. Located uptown and upstairs this beautiful top floor unit provides an incredible beach experience before your toes even hit the sand. Enjoy the ocean view from the bright comfortable living area or head outside with a cold beverage to soak up the sunshine and salt air breezes on the huge private oceanfront balcony. Only steps from the beach allows more time for fun and no need for hauling heavy coolers and big bags. Prepare meals in the well stocked kitchen and gather at the outdoor table with seating for 4. There are also 2 indoor counter stools. The bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 double beds. Two more can sleep on the queen sleeper sofa. In the morning grab your coffee and have your camera ready to snap pictures of the spectacular sunrise over the ocean!

Nice unit; clean and fresh in finishes. Large sun deck to view ocean. Good A/C units.Deck could use freshening...dated and old...but functional.Only draw back is 3 flights of stairs (47 steps) which is tough on older folks!

Absolutely gorgeous view, and the room was adorable and very comfortable! It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to make our own meals in. The staff where we checked in was super nice and the check in process was seamless! Overall it was a great experience, I only have two complaints:1. The condo was not very clean, there was dust on the floors and the ceiling fans, we couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to work, and the smoke detector kept beeping due to a low battery (which we replaced ourselves). 2. The listing stated “laundry facilities”, but there were not any on the property. With that being said, the location and the view certainly outweighed the complaints, and I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

It is a great location but there is no elevator with a third floor walk up. Unloading luggage and groceries were difficult. Place smelled like mold. The in wall air conditioning filter lights were on so that may account for the strong musty smell. Dust was caked on the ceiling fans. No dvd player ad advertised and we were unable to get the tv to work. All the other balconies had higher chairs so they could see over the deck. The deck blocked the ocean view
