Providing relaxation whilst sitting under our beautiful old trees, watching Tui's dance amongst them, helping you to recharge and de-stress.
With great lawn space amongst our beautiful old trees while you can take the outdoor games that we provide down to the two large fields where you can play cricket or baseball.

This is a home not a house. Inviting and cosy. Quirky bits here and there gave it loads of personality. Loved the decor - art, mirrors and soft furnishings. Was perfect for our needs to host an 80th lunch for my Mum. Plenty of plates and cutlery - serving dishes galore! Weather was great and the whole weekend went without a hitch. Thanks so much for all the small touches and messages checking in. Highly recommended.

A beautiful spacey house. The rooms were clean and great if some people (kids) go to bed early, as the lounge is far away enough to not disturb anyones sleep. Kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is beautiful and great for children to run around.

Relaxing weekend away

We had a lovely stay at this roomy and well equipped holiday home. Our family enjoyed having a cosy base, with plenty of space. Good heating, games, and kids had lots of space to play hide and seek. We appreciated the warmth of the hosts, ease of checking in. It’s a nice cottage feel with elegant decor. Well equipped kitchen made dining in and could easily fit 8 around the table. Our friends unfortunately could join us due to illnesss but would have easily have been accommodated. Thanks for a comfortable stay, we would love to come again! Ro and Nik and kids

Nice place for a weekend away

The hosts were great to deal with and were super responsive whenever we needed anything. The place was tidy but the living spaces were quite small for the fact that the house can accommodate large groups. The photos on the listing were a bit misleading on this aspect. The property is also a bit tired looking but ok. It was clean enough but there was what looked like mould around the window sill in one of the rooms. Didn’t smell musty but we were there during there when the weather was getting warmer so not sure what this would be like during the winter

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry you found our 5x bedroom small in the living areas and quoted our photos are deceiving. The photos were professionally taken and constantly updated as we are renovating by bringing the history of the home back as most of our bookings are from two families or ladies getaways that spread out into the gardens and on the deck! I saw the spot of mould on the window sill and I can assure you that the house does not have a mould smell throughout the year as it’s always quoted as a warm and cosy home, as we pride ourselves with the cleaning. We have been a Super Host for well over 5 years with another company Air b & b with beautiful reviews that you can check out. Our Villa has come along way and we have so many plans for her as you can see this with the outdoor sunroom for that extra space to enjoy. Soon to be an extra two lounge and extra bedroom. Very exciting times for our Holiday home 🏡

My husband and I are from Wellington and have renovated this old Dairy Farm/Greenhouse 1 & 2 days a week over the last 6 years.

Because the size of the property 9000 sqm we have so many plans for the property, but we have come along way already.
So enjoy our home and make wonderful memories and have a great trip away.
