The four bedrooms and den with sleeper couch are fitting for an extended family with two king-size beds, one queen bedroom as well as a bedroom with two twin beds.
Villa Malibu can fit up to 9 guests very comfortably with this convenient set up.
Your entry into the home sets the tone of a fantastic vacation vibe with a formal dining room that features a grandeur view of the pool and canal.
The designated office and main bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom are reachable from that location.

The three additional guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side down a hallway which gives each location a lot of privacy.
Villa Malibu features the kitchen and living room as the center of the home as well as additional seating by the bar.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage is accessible to our guests, however, keep in mind that one side is used as storage for the owners car.
