We don't have storage service. If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are luggage storage service around the area.

I mostly interact with guests via AirBnb, it is the best way to share info and get my response. I check messages every day and my response rate is always 100%. However, I may be able to use other APPs in some special cases.
