Cet appartement Groovy de deux étages est situé dans la rue Degraves, dans le quartier central des affaires de Melbourne.

La rue Degraves est réputée comme la ruelle la plus célèbre de Melbourne, où vous pourrez profiter de certains des meilleurs magasins et cafés de qualité de la ville.

Cet appartement moderne se trouve dans un bel immeuble patrimonial avec une vue spectaculaire sur la gare de Flinders St, la place Federation et au-delà. L'appartement est situé en plein cœur du théâtre, des ruelles et du restaurant. Il constitue le lieu de séjour idéal pour 4 personnes confortablement ou jusqu'à 6 personnes à l'aide du canapé-lit situé dans le salon.

Espace de vie intérieur / extérieur détendu, pour maximiser votre plaisir et de belles vues.

Les deux chambres sont équipées de lits Queen size et le canapé-lit double en bas (si nécessaire) est fourni avec des draps de haute qualité.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une table de cuisson à gaz avec four électrique, lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes et réfrigérateur.
Le balcon est équipé de chauffage au gaz et barbecue et vous permet de s'imprégner de l'ambiance et de profiter de la vue imprenable.
Inclus est un système de chauffage et de refroidissement split en bas et en haut dans chacune des chambres.

La salle de bains à l’étage comprend une armoire avec douche, toilettes et buanderie équipée d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge, tandis que la salle de bains au rez-de-chaussée est une grande salle d’eau avec toilettes et lavabo.

Idéalement situé en face de la gare de Flinders St et de Federation Square, cet appartement se trouve à quelques pas des principaux lieux de shopping sportifs, culturels et commerçants de la CDB. Parfait pour la Melbourne Cup, l'Open d'Australie, le cricket, les AFL, le Grand Prix, les spectacles d'arts, de théâtre, de rugby et de football.

This is a great base for a stay in the Melbourne! Very comfortable apartment with good security right in one of the best streets for dining, just step out of your door and you are there. The apartment is super comfortable, clean, well-appointed. Balcony has views over the Flinders St train station and MCG. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to Melbourne.

Great location with nice view

We had a great stay. The bed was comfy and kitchen well-equipped. There were even a few staples such as salt, sugar, and olive oil. It was right by the train station, but it wasn't noisy. There was a grocery store nearby as well. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and well equiped in the apartment, including a grill on the balcony. Stepped out of the building and were in the middle of lively Melbourne. Would always come back!

Cool inner city apartment

Great little apartment right in the heart of Melbourne. Perfectly located for transport links, shopping and especially dining, with all the Degraves St cafes on your doorstep. Apartment interior a little tatty in places but all perfectly serviceable and excellent to have two bathrooms as well as washing machine and dryer. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location in Degraves st, perfect if using public transport and walking distance to everything. Great little restaurants and cafes and your door step. Perfect for the theatre, footy, arts centre, fed square. A cute little apartment to top it off with a very comfortable bed. Maybe just take your own pillow. Other couldn’t fault it.

Lovely in every way.

The neighbourhood, the house is even better than expected. Fun quarter and lovely flat. Very clean and comfortable. The only problem, apart from the grand parking spot, is the complication of finding the where to put the card in. Just needs a better explanation. And the keys are complicated to arrange. This is not the owner's fault because the body corporate won't let her have a key safe. But a better solution is needed. Apart from these very minor details the place was heavenly. Thank you !

Can't recommend highly enough!

Thank u Anna for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything and then some needed for a wonderful getaway.And the beds were some of the comfiest we have ever slept in.Access was easy and it was great having two key fobs so my bro and I could go out separately to explore and not have to tee up to get back inside.The laneway frontage has many wonderful restaurants to choose from and a Coles around the corner for supplies. Wonderful stroll thru the shopping arcades to get to the mall. And being on the fifth floor? It wasn't noisy at all.The car park was a bit of a head spin at first, but we got into the 'groove' very quickly and the easy access to the lift was a godsend as my big bro uses a walker nowadays.Please give Anna's apartment a go if ur looking for a fantastic self catering place to stay in the middle of all the action. You won't regret it one bit.Hope you'll let me stay again next March Anna when I bring hubby over for his conference. As I really can't think of a better place to be. Ta heaps!

Great Apartment in a Great Location

I stayed with my husband and two children for two weeks at the apartment. The apartment has a great layout with the bedrooms upstairs and well-equipped kitchen downstairs. There is a lovely view of Flinders Street Station from the balcony. You cannot beat the location.....easy walk to shopping, restaurants and parks. Flinders Street station is almost at the door so you can get virtually anywhere in Melbourne very quickly. Communication with the owner was very easy and check-in was clear/easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient Staycation

We had everything we need during our 5-night stay, with good furnished spaces and well equipped kitchen. Linen was fresh, surfaces were clean and everything worked. A small aircon drip was fixed as soon as tradesmen were available. We were very satisfied with the amenities and location. Anna the property manager attended to our needs and requests promptly and professionally. I would consider staying here again.

The perfect place to stay. In the middle of the city, near everything. Modern, very clean and tidy, extremely comfortable. Loved it.
