Offering panoramic ocean views directly opposite a patrolled pristine beach. 2 blocks from the heart of Surfers Paradise you have a peaceful refuge near all the attractions. This large 2 bedroom apartment offers the resort facilities you want. From the 27th Floor you will just be in awe of the spectacular views in every direction. Enjoy the facilities our building has to offer including our newly renovated pool and bbq areas
This apartment offers panoramic ocean views by day and by night the city lights & beach promenade. Sit on the balcony and see the illuminated waves, and entertainment including fireworks from time to time, and night markets on Wed, Fri & Sun (just 100m from buliding).
Walk to Restaurants, Clubs, Beach, Shops, Cavill Av
Light Rail 75m away to the Casino, Pacific Fair Mall, Conventions.
Theme Park buses collect from building.
The apartment is centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, shops, light rail, buses and taxis and across the road from the beach.

Highly Recommend if staying in Gold Coast

Clare was such a great host, amazing communication and detail with booking. The unit is large, bright and situated in the perfect position. The place was clean and very comfortable. Underground parking was also such a great bonus for us. Highly recommend.

Gold Coast

Location, location, location.What a view and literally only minutes from the Surfer's Paradise sign. Very spacious condo which we received in a very clean condition. Communication was prompt and clear when needed. Thank you,our stay and will definitely consider

We stayed at this place for 9 days and couldn’t recommend it enough! Clare, the host made everything so easy and had great communication. The location is great with everything you need in walking distance. It has the added bonus of multiple pools a spa and gym which was definitely well used by us. The oceanview is spectacular and we were lucky enough to see whales every day from our balcony! We would definitely stay here again if able when we go back to Australia!
