The heart of the home is the oversized eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials for memorable meals, and connected to a large dining area that easily accommodates the whole group.
A convenient home office and half bath with washer/dryer are located on the main level, making it easy to balance work and play. Upstairs, the bedrooms are generously sized: the primary suite features a king bed and private bath with dual sinks and tub/shower combo; a queen bedroom provides cozy comfort; another bedroom with twin beds plus trundle sleeps three; and the final queen bedroom includes its own en-suite bath with shower.
Outdoors, the home is a Cape Cod retreat. The large deck is furnished for lounging and dining, complete with a gas grill. "Great house, it had everything we needed! We loved walking to the neighborhood beach. We are a large family and never felt crowded. Close to great restaurants and the Village of Sandwich. We would return for future Cape Cod vacations!

"From the moment we drove up the driveway we knew this was going to be a lovely relaxing vacation! Love the front porch with rockers and the swing and the fire pit! Just wow! Inside did not disappoint! Super clean and spacious with plenty of room for our large family to both be together and get some time apart. The master bedroom is a true oasis with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Cooking family dinners was a breeze in this big kitchen and everything we needed was there. The quick walk to the beach was also ideal, easy to go back-and-forth for lunch and dinner and back down for sunsets, which are amazing! We will be back!
**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
