Step into a fully equipped kitchen, ready to bring your favorite culinary creations to life. The spacious dining area sets the stage for family meals and gatherings, fostering cherished moments. Unwind in the expansive living room, perfect for spreading out as you enjoy your preferred TV shows or sporting events. If you need additional space for sleeping, the couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa. Transition seamlessly to the patio, where your morning coffee prepares you for the day ahead and your evening cocktail brings a satisfying close.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, where a King Swing bed awaits, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and a full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. In-unit laundry facilities further enhance your convenience.

Arbor Trace offers its own inviting pool area and a designated grilling space for your enjoyment. As our valued guests, you also gain access to South Carolina's largest pool, located at the North Tower in Barefoot Resort. Be sure to inquire about the special pass required for entry. During the summer season, a complimentary shuttle service operates within Barefoot Resort, whisking you to the beach access every hour. A detailed schedule is provided upon check-in, ensuring your convenience throughout your stay.

Arbor Trace #624 is a second floor end unit with no elevator. PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING, NO PETS. NO MOTORCYCLES AND NO TRAILERS ALLOWED. Pools open April 1st - Closes October 31st.

There is a 3 night minimum stay in the Prime Season.

All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay. A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times.

Clean and beautiful resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment and grounds were very clean and quiet. They are huge and truly feel like your home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I disliked were the lack of street lights on the roads just outside of the resort. The bathroom fans leaked when they were turned on but other than that I’d highly recommend staying here. They also have a cute little market with a little bit of everything there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice, but the beds were very uncomfortable and we were not provided any additional toilet paper other than the initial roll in our bathrooms. Otherwise, the location is great, condo was clean, and it was a nice place to stay for a few days.
