This is a tastefully furnished basement in a brand new house. The entrance is from the main gate of the house . This space was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. This suite offers 2 bedrooms for 4 guests( one king size and one queen size) and full bath with shower panel. It comes with a state-of-the-art laundry room, kitchenette, big and spacious living area, and many more to give you comfort and satisfaction. The basement is cool in summer and warm in winter due to the latest building technology. You can not miss the light signature while in this suite. The house provides free parking at the front of the property. The living area comes with a large 65 inch 4k UHD TV with high-speed Wi-Fi and inbuilt music system with woofer to keep you entertained and work-ready. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge,and toaster with cooking utensils. Guests are also welcome to have free coffee, tea. The sectional is comfortable for the family. The suite is sanitized with deep cleaning after every visit.

This is a great place to stay and still feel like you’re in the comfort of your own home. The place is new. Very large area with a great shower, living room area with large smart tv, kitchenette and 2 bedrooms. Definitely recommended.

Concert trip

We needed a place to stay before and after a concert. This was extremely clean, neat, and more than enough space for the 3 of us. The huge beautiful shower was amazing! Only downfall was there was no walk out door from basement to river patio and fridge was very small. I would recommend this to everyone, and I will stay again if I’m ever In the area again!
