Four bedroom, 3 bathroom family home. Located in the neighborhood of Willow Springs, just 4 blocks from marina bay, mini golf and go carts. Another few minutes of a walk or a quick bike ride down to the main Beach. Ample parking, BBQ, yard and large deck. Enjoy Sylvan like a local with plenty of room for friends or family.

Guests have access to a two tired deck with patio furniture and BBQ.

This is a family home and neighborhood, although the space is yours to enjoy we ask that you are respectful of neighbors.
