The Space:
Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, a living area where you can cosy up by the fire and walk out to the entertaining area with an alfresco dining table, BBQ and laundry facilities. The living area adjoins the spacious open-plan kitchen with high-spec appliances and a dining table. Additionally, there is a media/cinema room with large, comfortable reclining chairs for lounging. For entertainment, there's also a games room overlooking the sparkling pool area, equipped with a large pool table, an arcade game, smart TV, seating area and a bar. The stunning pool area features a sparkling pool, a waterslide. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom and another beautiful bedroom.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom is perfect for parents travelling with their little ones, featuring a queen bed, cot, bassinet, change table, a wardrobe, ceiling fan, and ducted air conditioning.

Bathroom 2 - Includes a toilet, shower and vanity. The main bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2/3 and can also be easily accessed from the games room/pool area with a two way door.

Bedroom 3 - Situated at the front of the home, this bedroom is perfect for the kids with a jungle themed play area. This spacious bedroom sleeps 4 with a queen bed, single bed and pull out trundle, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, ceiling fan, and ducted air conditioning for utmost comfort.

Bathroom 3 (ensuite) - The downstairs ensuite is complete with a shower, vanity and toilet.

Laundry - The laundry is located in the outdoor entertaining area with a front loader washing machine.

Upstairs:
Master Bedroom - Indulge in the spacious and private master bedroom, which includes a living area with a single sofa bed and an attached balcony. This retreat features a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, ducted AC, and a ceiling fan.

Master Ensuite - The spacious ensuite complete with a walk-in shower, bathtub, double vanity, and toilet, ensuring a tranquil escape in style.

Bedroom 4 - This cosy bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable queen bed, ducted AC and ceiling fan.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage and driveway, there is plenty of free street parking.

The home is nestled in Golden Beach, situated a street back from the serene Pumicestone Passage, a 5-minute walk will take you to the calm waters perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and boating as well as several playgrounds along the shoreline. An easy 10-minute walk will take you to Golden Beach's main street, where there’s a handful of charming cafes and restaurants await. Plus a 5-minute drive brings you to Caloundra's lively main street, where you'll find an array of restaurants, boutiques, and cafes.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, nestled in the coastal suburb of Golden Beach, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 1 minute walk to Landsborough Parade where bus services operate to Caloundra Station (northbound) and Pelican Waters (southbound).

*This holiday home has a granny flat where the owners sometimes reside, ensuring privacy as they remain out of sight.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*This property has security cameras which monitor the external entrance. There are no security cameras inside the home, facing into the home or outdoor entertaining.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
