This basic unit is in a fantastic spot - located along SH1, only 1 minutes walk to the beach, grocery store and other basic amenities.
Make yourself at home, relax and enjoy everything this cosy unit and the surrounding Kaikōura area has to offer.
A well equipped functional kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, microwave.

Open plan living, large smart TV with Freeview, Netflix and Youtube capabilities.
Plenty of onsite parking - suitable for large vehicles should this be required.
You will have the entire space to yourself.
This apartment is situated upstairs, these are located beside the car park for the building.
This unit is located opposite the "Lobster Inn" and can be hard to see as it is set back from the roadside.
You can hear traffic noise from your accomodation as it's located along SH1.
There are no parties or large gathering allowed at this property.

good location, very noisy with trucks all night, advertised as 2 bathrooms, only has one and a separate toilet, oven roasting dishes dirty, bed duvets dirty and stained, dining chairs stained, advertised as trying to maintain 5 star level but falls short, maybe a 2-3,
