Oceanfront Condo Dewey/Rehoboth (Great Nov-March Rate)

This lovely condo sits right on the beach. You can enjoy the sunrise while having coffee on the private deck. If you don't want to go outside simply open the blinds and enjoy the view from the living area. No matter what the weather, the ocean comes to you. Minimum age to rent is 27. Only non barking non shedding pets permitted

It is a great escape for the off season months since it is next to Rehoboth beach. Most of the restaurants in Rehoboth are open year round as well as the hundreds of shopping outlets on Route 1 for those that enjoy shopping.

Small, non shedding and non barking dogs allowed with owner approval and pet fee.Only registered pet may be in unit. Unregistered pets will be removed .

Pet policy is strictly enforced

*Cancellation Policy- 120 days prior to check in. If cancellation is less than 120 days we will try to re rent. If we are able to we will refund all but a 300.00 fee. We urge guests to get cancellation insurance.

Our stay was excellent. The view of the ocean was perfect. The location of the condo was so good that we did not use our car for four days and walked everywhere instead. The immediate access to the beach was a dream. The WiFi was high speed and easy to connect to.

This was such an easy check in. And the view was incredible! Nice to have a covered parking space too! The living space was spacious enough for a family of 4. The kitchen was laid out well. Bathrooms were a little tight but we knew that going into it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back again!

Lovely location, great for 4-5 people to stay. Living room with big windows facing the water that opens to a balcony. Rooms and kitchen are fine size for a beachside place. Main bathroom being attached to the kitchen is odd, but worked fine. My only gripe was that some of the windows were difficult to open as the locks seemed to be corroded (probably from salt exposure from being on the oceanfront). Also, while there's one parking spot, you can get a parking permit from the town hall that makes parking on the streets more feasible for another car.

We loved the area. The people were all friendly, and we loved being able to take our dog, Gracey on the beach. The view of the ocean from the balcony was lovely. Our hostess was very helpful when we had any wpwyestiond. Would stay there again.

Filthy accommodations but a beautiful view

This property overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is steps from the beach. The ONLY thing worthwhile about it was that it’s beachfront. It had YEARS of accumulated dirt everywhere. Sticky surfaces which were covered with old food or liquid residue. I doubt it had been cleaned in YEARS

Haven’t had a cleaning complaint in 3 years since hiring a new housekeeper. Furniture & bedding all new and floors were refinished 4 weeks ago so I don’t understand the dirt issue. Renters are informed that house is to be left broom clean and a non smoking unit. Not only did you leave garbage in the unit but the kitchen sink had to be unclogged due to you putting food and tea bags in the drain. Additionally, your dog pooped and peed on the new rug which had to be cleaned. Unit reeked of marijuana and seems you forgot to bring sheets so all the bedding had to be washed as you used extra comforters as sheets. My renters are extremely respectful of the unit. You didn’t even have the common sense to lock or even close the doors when you checked out. There’s a big note on frog that has my number in the event things aren’t too your liking. Never heard from you. You came into a clean place, trashed it and wrote a bad review to cover. Have photos before your stay and after

Overall our stay was great! The location you cant beat to the beach and restaurant/bars. Somethings need updated like the couch, very old and dirty with stains. Shower location in the kitchen was odd but for it just being the two of us and the pups, it wasn't a big deal. Thank you Mary!

Ideal location

I was very comfortable for my 2 week stay. As other reviews indicated, you can't get a better location. Sitting on the balcony was just as good as sitting on the beach. Kitchen was pretty well stocked so it met my needs. And I was happy that it was very clean! Would definitely come again.

A great small condo

Just the two of us looking for a quiet vacation and this oceanfront condo certainly delivered. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Steps from the beach and very short walk to restaurants and night life. The amenities within the house were great - no complaints. Fantastic communication with owner. We will be back.
