Great family friendly beach cottage, located only 40 yards from beach (2 lots away) that allows running back and forth without crossing any roads. Colorful Bermuda style cottage. Heat/Ac splits throughout. Hear the waves crash from the screened in porch. Grill on the patio and watch the sun set! Please provide your own bed linens, towels, and paper . products. 2 queen bed, 1 double bed with single top bunk. Check in at 3pm and Check Out by 11 am. One parking space directly in front of cottage, others must street park.

This cozy cottage is a perfect getaway, whether relaxing on the screened in porch or playing in the sand and surf. Very well equipped and the 2 queen beds are supper comfortable! Can't recommend any other place as highly as this one!

The place was perfect for my wife and I. It's well equipped, comfortable, and just the right size for the two of us. Really liked that there was a sturdy beach umbrella, and good beach chairs, and the screened porch and patio are great.

Wonderful family vaca!

Proximity to the beach was fantastic with small children. We were also traveling with a disabled teen and found the property very handicap/wheelchair accessible. Loved hanging on the screened in porch during thunderstorms- great book reading spot. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Close by the beach as stated and near several restaurants and activities in Dewey, yet still quiet and peaceful. Beds were super comfortable! Will stay here again for sure.

Cute property with everything you need. Perfect for a small group or couple. Everything was very clean but it is a little musty but that’s just how the beach is.

We had a wonderful stay - cottage is seconds from the beach. Bunk beds for kids (which they loved), and a peaceful front porch where you can enjoy a drink and listen to the waves at night. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for a quick beach trip.

My family was looking for a quick side trip to the beach. This was the perfect location and was adequate for our family of 5. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and to many of the great restaurants in town. We would definitely consider staying again.

A Perfect Getaway

We've been going to Dewey for years, staying in hotel rooms but wishing we had a little shared space. This was honestly perfect and better than the listing. So close to the beach and restaurants and worked great for two couples.

Cutest little cottage!

This rental is the cutest little place in the absolute best location! Check in is super easy, the outside patio is beautiful, the screened in porch is perfect, and it was surprisingly roomy inside! As soon as we left we looked to see when it was available again. We’ll definitely stay again in the future.

Nice, cottage feel, steps from the beach and shops/restaurants on Main St. Had all the amenities you could need. Easy check in, owner prompt with information. Place is somewhat dated, and furniture is rough looking but I would definitely recommend this place, and I would stay here again!

This cute bungalow is steps away from the beach, close to 2 Jolly Trolley stops, restaurants and bars. The bungalow has everything you need for a beach getaway. Don't contemplate, just book it. You won't regret it.
