Freshly renovated, the apartment has been styled up with modern natural Australian hardwood features, natural flooring in a green living environment. The apartment is a quiet sanctuary in the centre of Australia’s largest city with special sound-proofing glass barrier being added recently.
Located in walking distance to all main attractions, 5 minutes to both main train stations. Trams stop at our front entrance for use of the CBD free-tram-zone.
Right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD and perfectly located to discover the city's wonders with a tram stop at the front door.

Melbourne’s Sealife Aquarium on the next corner and walking distance to South Wharf, Etihad Stadium, DFO at Spencer Street, Victorian Art Gallery, Immigration Museum, Federation Square only 100m from Southbank Promenade and Crown Casino.

Directly on the bank of the Yarra River, access to the city’s nightlife and busy tourist locations is ideal.

The apartment caters for all occasions, boasting 2 modern bedrooms and an open plan lounge and dining area, a four seater couch, large flat screen TV with huge dining table and full kitchen, which includes an new ceramic stove top, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine as well as double doors large fridge with a freezer as well as a large selection of kitchen utensils .

Two stylish bedrooms, both with high quality beds and mattresses, mirrored wardrobe in one, modern custom-designed clothing facilities in the other, both with ample space for your belongings and study areas.

The bathroom is clean and neat, featuring a full size mirror splash back, large vanity and a spacious shower, as well as new wash-dryer combination machine.

Paid car park with great overnight and early bird rates is inside the building, accessible from the back.

Lovely clean and quiet space. Check in and out was a breeze. Positioned well within easy walk of southbank and southern cross station. Public transport at your fingertips with a tram out front and trains a 5 minute walk away. Great communication from owner. Thankyou for the stay.

Close to everything

Only problem was that you needed to turn off everything before you left so we couldn’t use the dishwasher and there was no dish detergent to clean the glasses. We also could find the broom.
