Far Above Par is a stunning 2979 sq. foot home featuring 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious floor plan offers quiet and private bedrooms.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, discover a plethora of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling spots, along with stunning views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

The property is better than the pictures show. Plenty of space and very nice accommodations. The location is ideal and very close to the clubhouse and golf course. We walked over there often to enjoy the amenities. I would for sure stay here again.
