Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time at Babbling Brook. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here. My dad like walking up and down the hill it challenges him at 88 years old.

Babbling Brook

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was beautiful. If the floors had been clean when we checked in my wife would have been more pleased. I called about the gas fireplace not lighting but never heard back from anyone. If I were to build a vacation cottage, I would use Babbling Brook as a blueprint.

Overall, the rental was very clean and very well kept. The house was also very nicely appointed, too. The only disappointment was the listing said there was a "community pool" and a hot tub "on premise" which led us to believe the hot tub was on the premise of the home, which it was not (it should have listed it as "community" as well to be more clear). Also, there was no key or instructions on how to access the community pool and hot tub so we weren't able to use either which was disappointing. But if that's not important to you, then I would highly recommend this as a getaway rental!
