This may be the best-furnished BNB we've visited. It was well-located, about 3 blocks from the Earl's Court tube. Our traveling companions used the bus several times without issues. Rob is a responsive and conscientious host. All-in-all a wonderful experience.

Large, clean, comfortable flat as advertised. Great central London location in Earl’s Court. Close to two tube stops. Great little restaurants all around serving international cuisines.

Rob’s place was amazing! The location is very close to the train and is very quiet at night. We found lots of food options nearby. There was lots of space for our group of four with separate full bathrooms (one per bedroom). The bldg seems very secure. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils for whatever we wanted to cook. Rob was very responsive and gave clear instructions for the key, house rules, and checkout. I hope to stay here again.

We have been so lucky to stay here multiple times. We are never disappointed. The flat is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location to the Earls Court station is perfect for travelers coming from Heathrow. I can't wait to come again and hopefully stay in this beautiful flat.

This place felt like home: nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The location was perfect and we could easily access every part of the city by bus or tube. We will definitely come back!

This apartment was absolutely perfect. Can't beat the location, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Nearby restaurants are fantastic and the close proximity to the tube made getting around London a breeze. Highly recommend.

The flat was absolutely lovely. Just as described. Huge lounge and dining area. Great kitchen. Wonderful having two full bathrooms. Great neighborhood. Accessible to all of London. Having a washer and a separate dryer was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Rob’s flat - the unit is spacious and extremely well kept with all the amenities of home; the kitchen is well stocked and made it easy for us to start our days with a quick breakfast. The two bedrooms were comfortable with excellent storage space and having two bathrooms was a huge convenience travelling with children.The location can’t be beat - a 5 minute walk to the tube, tons of great food options near by and several grocery stores as well. Was an absolutely perfect location to base our London travels from and we would love to stay there again if our travels take us back!

Great location, fantastic place and amazing host

The apartment is located very close to the tube, eateries, shops and attractions…an ideal place to stay. Rob is a fantastic host provided tips/guidance about London in his booklet. Would definitely stay again next time around.

Mother/adult daughter first international trip. We stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. This location is perfect. The spacious flat is bright and, most importantly for us, felt very safe on the 3rd floor with double locks and required key entry into the building. The kitchen was well stocked, the WiFi very fast, the neighborhood quiet with many restaurants and good quality grocery store near by. As others have said, the tube, Earls Court and Old Brompton a short 5 minute walk. The bus stop was also only minutes away. Entrance into the unit was very easy and near enough that I could see my daughter the entire time I went to retrieve the keys. Rob was very helpful and an excellent communicator. We’re already planning a return trip. Thanks again Rob, wonderful place.

Great place!

Location is excellent, flat is in the same condition as the photos, and very clean. We ran into a small electrical/fuse box issue and the owner was super quick to respond and get it sorted out. Highly recommend for an enjoyable, easy stay!

Perfect Stay

This was our second time staying here. The location is perfect for our needs. The apartment has everything we need and it is bright and cheerful. It is well-appointed and very clean. We will stay here again.

Our stay at this Earls Court Flat was superb. It was quiet, well appointed, and clean. The Tube was just a 7 minute walk and once you are on the Tube there is access to everything in London. The neighborhood around the flat had nice restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery close by. Rob was timely in all communication and it was a very pleasant stay! We’d stay there again on our next time to London
