**Welcome to Heatherwood Cabin!** We're thrilled to introduce this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Highlands, now part of our program. Heatherwood is the perfect retreat for your next mountain getaway with friends and family.
As you enter this single-level home, you are greeted by a spacious and cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and access to an outdoor covered lounging area—a great space for you and your group to hang out and enjoy. The dining area seats six guests and is tastefully decorated, conveniently located next to the newly refinished kitchen. The upgraded kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and plenty of space for preparing food and entertaining.
Down the hall are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a king bed, spacious closet space, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for winding down. Across the hall, you will find the second guest bedroom, featuring ample closet space, a queen bed, and a flat-screen TV. These guest bedrooms share a spacious bathroom in the hall, which features a walk-in shower.
Finally, the primary bedroom features a large king bed, tasteful furnishings, beautiful windows allowing natural light, a flat-screen TV for streaming, a spacious closet, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
Heatherwood Cabin is a wonderful new addition to our rental program, conveniently located just 4 minutes from downtown Highlands. It is the perfect mountain vacation spot.
*This home is a pet friendly property. The cleaning fee includes a pet fee by default. If you are not traveling with a pet, please inform us, and we will remove the pet fee after you book.
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
