Nestled in a palm grove in the heart of downtown Marco Island, this three bedroom, three bath vacation home is only minutes to the Marco River and Gulf of Mexico and it's within walking distance to everything shopping, boat rentals, grocery stores, multiple bars and restaurants, post office, and more. The Speakeasy restaurant & bar is just at the end of the street and Port 32 boat rentals is right around the corner!
This Key West cottage-style waterfront home comfortably accommodates 6 people with two master suites boasting king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and the upstairs second guest room has a queen bed. You'll find plantation shutters, closet treatments, T. V.'s and granite counters throughout, wood floors and vaulted ceilings in the upper story, tile throughout the lower, and charming dcor. Located upstairs is a screened deck with furniture, the kitchen (with high-end appliances), master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, dining room, living room, pocket office and a 3rd bathroom. The second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, laundry, large family room and wet bar are downstairs. Cook your favorites on the outdoor grill station while enjoying the pool (with stone deck) and Margaritaville-style chickee with electric, fans, lighting, a bar, stools and chairs for fun gatherings with family & friends. There are even bicycles and kayaks for your use as well.
