The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please Close bbq valve, and put on bbq cover; Lock doors and windows, close windows’s coverings. Front door need to pull out a bit to get it locked.
Turn off both AC units, lights, fans. and all appliances; close all faucets.
Leave stove and oven off. Pedal boat, leave it close to the deck sideways. Place garbage bags inside the blue barrel Located outside by the road Place recycle on top of the blue barrel.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking allowed, including electronic, weeds. Keep inside of the property limits, and away from the neighbours property. Keep Outside music low.

Had a great time, clean and comfy beds. The lake was amazing clean and shallow, no weeds at all. The property is flat and makes it easy to play games.We had everything we needed there and more. Elias was responsive and answered all our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone

Getaway vacation

It was a very clean and beautiful cottage , the water was clear and swimmable . Went out on the floating rafts and paddle boat that were supplied, lots of fun. The mosquitoes at night weren’t very nice , recommend putting a mosquito net over the patio table. We had a fantastic time.

We once again had an awesome time (our second stay at this property) at this lovely cottage. As we expected, the host Elia was very accommodating and the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Swimming was excellent, and our kids had so much fun on the large open lawn. We will be coming back for sure! 10/10 again!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage. It had everything you needed and more. Having the lake right there was perfect. It was nice to eat outside every day and spend lazy days by the lake. We had a lot of fun in the pedal boat too. We didn’t want to leave.

Great mini-get-away

Cottage was nice and close to lake. It was convenient to only be steps away between the cottage and lake! The lake had a good bottom - not weedy or mushy. It can get a bit rough when stormy weather approaches so we tied our boat between the dock and a tree so it would not crash against dock. Fishing was OK too. We enjoyed touring the lake to see all the different cottages and architectural details. Owner was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful place! Great waterfront property! Very clean when we arrived. Beds are comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Host is very responsive to questions or concerns you may have. My only note would be to have some stay instructions (garbage day, septic, checkout ect.) in a binder at the property for reference. Although these were all given via phone call and text by the host it could save some back and forth having a physical copy available.

Amazing and relaxing getaway at excellent family cottage!

We had such a great time staying at this beautifully renovated cottage! As first time guests, host Elia took incredible care of us, preparing us with a phone chat prior to our stay, and being available for our every need. The cottage was better than advertised, was extremely clean upon arrival and provided everything needed for our stay. The swimming was great (bring water shoes as we were advised) and the fire pit was ready to go as well. Our children had so much fun swimming, playing in the spacious backyard space, and fishing off the dock. The privacy of the hedges in the backyard was great, and the neighbours were extremely friendly and welcoming too. The icing on the cake was the goodies Elia left for our kids upon our arrival! It was such a thoughtful gift and made the experience that much more memorable for the family. I would highly recommend this cottage for a fun family getaway and we are excited to return and stay even longer next time. Thank you Elia for everything, we can’t wait to come back!! 10/10!
