This classic 1931 cabin is an excellent single-level beach house for a stay in Cannon Beach, especially if you crave hanging out under shore pines in your own expansive back yard while the kids play on the lawn. Situated at the south end of downtown and just two short blocks to the ocean, Sophie’s Seabreeze promises easy, walkable beach, shopping and dining adventures for your stay. A sweet, light-filled living room has hardwood floors, paned windows, seating and even an antique writing desk. The adorable, updated kitchen is all ready for meal prep. Two bedrooms and a bath with a jetted tub give you retreat space, and a bonus room with a TV and queen sofa sleeper makes it easy to invite extra guests. Outdoors, a fire pit, dining table, barbecue, corn-hole game and a blend of sun and shade make the backyard a wonderful place to enjoy ocean breezes and coastal sun.

Hop in the car to explore all the North Oregon Coast has to offer or strike out on foot for miles of beach walking and exploring the shops, galleries and restaurants of downtown. End your day relaxing around the fire pit under the stars and you and your guests will be glad you chose this nostalgic cabin for your beach stay!

Cute place and short walk to beach and shops. Loved the fenced backyard so we could bring our fur baby. Not sure why but the second bedroom was dismantled. It worked out ok since it was just my husband and myself so only needed one bedroom. Could have used more towels in the bathroom. Did have one incident with a light fixture and Management was very prompt with sending someone out to fix it! Would stay again.
Nice fire pit in backyard.
Enjoyed watching some elk grazing in the neighbor’s yard.

The home was quaint and situated in a good location, within walking distance of the beach and downtown. We even saw a herd of elk pass by the house. However, the property was not adequately prepared for our arrival. When we got there at 6:00 PM, we noticed dog hair on the coffee table and on the floor, balls of hair along the baseboards. The only cleaning supplies provided were paper towels and a vacuum, so we spent our first evening cleaning.There were not enough towels; only four were provided, and they had a musty smell. Additionally, the cold water in the bathroom sink was turned off. What appeared to be black mold was present on the bathroom window, and pink mold was present on the shower curtain. The bedding smelled like dog, and there were piles of dog feces in the backyard.There are gaming console games, but there was no console to play them on. The television was very small, and there were no fans or options to open the bedroom windows for fresh air during the day. A carbon monoxide detector was sitting on one of the bedroom tables, not plugged into a wall.While there were two coffee makers, no coffee was supplied. The bathroom lacked counter space, and none of the windows could be opened. It was very cold, and we had to roll a heater around to warm up and then into the tiny bathroom. We left a day early because of these issues.
