Fantastic Stay

Condo was clean and basic supplies included (enough for one/two days). Beautiful pool area within a 5 min walk. Would definitely return.

Really strong musty smell greeted us at the door. Property management was pleasant to deal with. They sent someone out the next day after we broke down and bought some air fresheners. He came when we were at the pool and apparently didn't think it was that bad, so did nothing. Then three days after check in they offered us another place. But we decided it would be a risk to relocate to different facility half way through our trip. People we dealt

After being notified, we arranged for a team member to visit the home promptly to assess the concern. At the time of inspection, no significant odor issue was detected, but we still wanted to ensure your comfort and therefore offered an alternative accommodation shortly after. We completely understand that relocating mid-stay can feel inconvenient, and we respect your decision to remain in the home. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we always aim to provide quick solutions when concerns are brought to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and will continue monitoring the home closely to ensure a great experience for future guests.

Tuscan Terrace

3 items: The master bedroom needs a king bed. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and should be replaced. There is little you can do about it but the noise from the apartment above was very annoying, particularly at 10:30 at night. I believe they were doing rehab work one night.

We believe this review may have been submitted in retaliation. The guest claimed the key fob for the community pool was missing from the unit, although it was present. Subsequently, the guest requested a discounted re-booking, but the dates they selected were unavailable. It is unclear why a guest who left a 2-star review would be interested in returning. We encourage future guests to refer to our many positive reviews for a more accurate representation of the experience we provide.
