We absolutely loved our stay!!! Sybille was an amazing communicator and checked in on us to make our stay as smooth as possible prior to our arrival!! Very informative check-in and comfortable stay!! The location couldn’t be better and parking was great!! I would highly recommend staying at this location!!! The view from the patio was incredible!!!

Primo location! Loved the covered patio. Watched a really cool storm blow through one afternoon. Air conditioned - normally not needed, but this heat spell really nice.Sybille, our hostess, made outstanding suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We took advantage of those, but we should have eaten at Bilacus -- one of her suggestions and right next door -- earlier in the stay; in which case, we would have gone there more than once.All-in-all a wonderful stay. We will, absolutely, consider it again on our next visit!

Beautiful property, clean and close in proximity and within walking distance to so much. The hosts were amazing, attentive, responsive, explained so much to us about the area and were just overall lovely and welcoming. I hope to return some day and would highly recommend it.

This is an extraordinarily beautiful property with breathtaking views. It is in a perfect location for exploring the area. And the hosts could not have been more welcoming. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book a stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay in Bellagio at Sybille's apartment. The pictures in the advertisement don't do it justice. We spent most of our time on the patio marveling at the lake and views. The apartment was spotless, and well maintained. Communication with Sybille was outstanding. She met us at the property and walked us thru all things assoicated with having a care free stay. She also met us on checkout to make sure our stay was fantastic. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a relaxing stay in Bellagio but also in the middle of everything Bellegio has to offer. We were sad to leave.

We cannot say enough about this house. The location was absolutely perfect as it was right along the main stairway shown in a lot of the pictures of Bellagio. Sybille was beyond fantastic. She greeted us at the property to explain everything & left us with some nice treats & wine! She was super responsive when we had a minor issue & took care of it right away. She made us dinner reservations per our request for our arrival night at a great restaurant. One of our girls were sick & she brought some soup to make her feel better! The mountain views from the veranda cannot even be explained because they are so gorgeous. We would stay here every day if that was possible )

Fantastic!

Sybille and Alberto were gracious and fantastic hosts, couldn't ask for a better experience. The location is fantastic, the apartment is large and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Bellagio. Location was Premium with an incredible view of Lake Como. Alberto and Sybille were so gracious and met us at the house. House was fantastic and so comfortable. Bellagio Sunset

The apartment was huge, with a lovely veranda. It was in a perfect location and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The furnishings could use an update to the 21st Century, but it was comfortable and pleasant.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Bellagio thanks mainly to our stay at this lovely apartment and the wonderful family who own it.-Location is perfect! It’s literally next door to the famous Salita Serbollini! You can easily walk to most of central Bellagio’s restaurants and shops. The public boat terminal is a 10 minute walk away.-It comfortably accommodated our group of 5 adults. It’s more spacious than what the photos advertise. Air con works well and the balcony terrace is ideal to relax and enjoy the view, both day and night. -Sybille and her parents, Alberto and Vilma greeted us on arrival and gave us many recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc. They generously provided a welcome aperitif and homemade pastries plus refrigerated bottled water which was ideal since we arrived during a hot summer afternoon. -The kitchen is well stocked with the basics for cooking (not that we had time to cook!) and has a great coffee pod machine. There’s a couple of beach towels in addition to standard bathroom towels. - Alberto kindly drove our luggage to the boat terminal when we checked out (you need to arrange this with Sybille before you check in). NOTE: Except for private car transfers, there are no taxis on demand nor Uber in Bellagio, so plan ahead on how you will leave (or arrive at) the apartment if you have lots of luggage. Overall, my friends and I highly recommend this apartment. Grazie mille Sybille and family! Patricia (Melbourne, Australia)

Spectacular Sunsets

The host family were extremely kind and gracious. They were a joy to deal with and my family and i had a magnificent visit with comfortable beds and and beautiful home. We cannot wait to go back next year! Great location clise to all restaurants and stores. Highly recommend this experience!

Great location and wonderful owner communication !

Really large apartment ! Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious! Location was fantastic. Owner was very good at communicating and making the process so easy. They had the fridge stocked with some essentials which was nice when arriving in the evening. Highly recommend.

Best location ever

Beautiful, large, apartment located on in the middle and top of everything, yet a peace oasis. Hosts are excellent and property came nicely equipted with esentials, a couple of nice extras, and plenty of consumables. A view you will never forget. If you are coming to Lake Como, come to Bellagio and stay here!

We have stayed in villas, houses and apartments throughout the US and Europe, and this Bellagio apartment is among the very best. From communications, to the incredible house, to the fabulous location, to cleanliness, supplies, and unparalleled hospitality and graciousness of the owners, it is simply a magical place that literally made our stay in Lake Como. If you’re looking for the place to stay that you will be so cared for and delighted, stop looking and books with Sybille and her gracious family!!!

Alberto and sybille are fantastic hosts that make you feel like part of the family. The apartment is in the center of Bellagio with a view of lake como that seems out of a postcard. They keep the house stocked with essentials and also welcome snacks. Don’t miss the croissants from the pasricerria just below

Absolutely perfect stay at Bellagio Sunset! We’ll be back!From the moment we arrived, we felt like we’d walked into a warm, welcoming home rather than just a rental. The thoughtful “homey welcome” of local snacks and a chilled bottle of prosecco immediately made us feel like cherished guests. The house itself was immaculate: spotless, beautifully appointed, and full of thoughtful details that made it feel like a true vacation sanctuary.The location is unbeatable: central to everything yet tucked away enough to feel private. But honestly, the sunsets are what stole the show. Every evening we were treated to postcard-perfect views that left us speechless. The hosts’ recommendations for restaurants, activities, and hidden gems were spot-on; we followed every one and were never disappointed.What truly sets this property apart are the incredible hosts. It’s easy to see why they maintain a perfect rating, they go so far beyond what you expect. They even flagged down our driver for us at the crack of dawn and stood waving goodbye as we pulled away. They didn’t feel like hosts; they felt like warm friends who genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible.If you’re considering Bellagio Sunset, stop considering and just book it. This villa is in the perfect location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of Bellagio. There is very large terrace to relax and take in the views of lake como. The hosts are so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond and gave us plenty of suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities. Thank you so much for recommending villa melzi chapel for my son to propose to his girlfriend at. It was the most stunning backdrop for their engagement. A special thanks for the beautiful card and well wishes you gave them. I highly recommend this villa in Bellagio.

The perfect stay

My family and I were so happy to stay here. All of the great reviews were true - this place had the most amazing patio/outdoor space, amazing view, the best location and very hospitable hosts. We loved our stay and would recommend this apartment. Bellagio is the perfect place and this apartment was the best location and has the perfect patio. We loved being out on it and enjoying the view and places below with our wine each night. We appreciated the Prosecco and useful basics in the refrigerator when we arrived. We could it have had a better place.
