We stayed for 3 nights and this place was so cozy and clean with a great view of the lake! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bellagio!

The location was superb and convenient to everything. We loved the charm of the home with the Italian accents. Sofia was a gracious host with leaving us some goodies to start our stay. I would 1000% recommend staying here to anyone for a very rememberable stay.

Location.Location.LocationSuch a great place! Will stay again. AC worked well and balconies (yes 2!!) overlooked a busy street but was quiet at night. Kitchen had all the essentials and host even had coffee, milk, a bottle of wine and a sweet treat to welcome us! Parking was tricky and pillows could use some refreshes but overall lovely home in a beautiful location.

Thoroughly Enjoyed our Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is centrally located with a beautiful patio and view. We had ample room for seven of us. Hosts were great with communication and very welcoming. We would stay here again without question.

Best place on Bellagio!

Fabulous location, steps from the ferry, shops, & restaurants. Very comfortable apartment with two balconies overlooking the water. Sofia was an excellent host.

Great views and location

The property is just steps from the ferry and shops. The views are amazing! The hosts were very helpful as the family all got split up with travel cancelations/delays and they were great to work with. Wish we would have stayed longer.

We had the most amazing experience, from the minute we entered the Home. We were struck with its uniqueness and the absolutely beautiful views. we were also surprised by how well equipped the property was. The coffee maker with coffee and cream left for us and the delicious apricot torte, host was definitely the host with the most!!

Beautiful apartment in Bellagio!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of five, and the views are very pretty! Bellagio is beautiful and we used as a base to explore the towns around Lake Como.

Spectacular stay and location

This was a slice of perfection in Bellagio. The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful water view. The location is the absolute best, steps from the ferry and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous view with great location

Our family of 8 stayed at the luxury penthouse and loved the view and location. Communication was outstanding with Orazio. I do recommend to bring your own pillows. Overall, wonderful place and incredible view of Lake Como.

This is a fabulous apartment, in a truly stunning and convenient location.

The apartment is wonderful - very comfortable and well maintained. Everything is exactly as described and the communication both beforehand and at check-in was excellent. There are 45 steps up, but they are relatively easy (much easier than the cobbled streets of Bellagio!). I can't imagine a better location - wonderful views across the lake and of the park behind from the terraces. Close to the ferry, restaurants and shops.

Great spot in the heart of bellagio

Clean, beautiful and well taken care of in the heart of the town. We stayed 3 days but probably could have gotten away with 2.The only negatives I have are negatives of Europe in general as an American, and not of the property itself. There is air conditioning but it’s still fairly warm if you’re used to 70 degrees.Host left breakfast, juice, water and a bottle of wine which was lovely.The sun beams in the afternoon hours in the summer, but it’s still great

Magnificent property !!

For our holiday we took our mother for her retirement to lake comp. This property ticked all the boxes . Only issue is the ductless air units had a hard time keeping up with the severe weather . Granted it was the hottest days the world has ever seen … the property is stunning easily sleeps 7 . Coming back .

The stairs to get to the unit were horrible. The parking situation was the worse - we drive around and around for literally 2 hours trying to find a place to park and then we had to pay everyday. The roof lines were not good - you had to lean down in most of the rooms.Woudn't recommend this place.

The apartment is located in one of Bellagio's most beautiful historic buildings. The stairs aren't horrible! The apartment is on the second floor and doesn't have an elevator. Being a listed building, the structure can't be altered, so an elevator isn't possible; this is the case with many buildings in Italy. Bellagio is a small town, so parking can be difficult in the summer, but that's not my fault. Furthermore, it's not true that the ceilings are low throughout the apartment; it's an attic with a beautiful exposed wooden beam ceiling; this is clearly visible from the photos in the listing. I'm very sorry you didn't appreciate the beauty of this place!
