Excellent host and apartment. The apartment is under the flight path from Dubrovnik airport but don't let this put you off as flights are a lot less frequent than Gatwick and also when they do go over they soon merged into the background.

A superb property in a lovely location- views were amazing. Lovely pool, with loungers and parasols. Our first floor appartment had outdoor seating and loungers with super views over the bay. Appartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Ane met us at the property when we arrived and shared key information. She is a wonderful host!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at this apartment which had the most amazing swimming pool and stunning views over Cavtat and Dubrovnik old town in the distance. The apartment was well maintained, clean and had a lovely outdoor seating area. Ane and her family were easy to communicate with and responsive to any requests. Cavtat is a beautiful resort with great options for boat trips to Dubrovnik and nearby islands. There are several small supermarkets nearby and lots of restaurant options. We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The apartment and location is even much nicer then the pictures show. The sea view is amazing stretching all the way to Dubrovnik. Lovely sunsets. So nice to walk down to the old town for dinner or icecream. Actually do not need a car. The apartment is perfect, very comfy beds. The host is willing to help with anything. We love to come back!!

Amazing!!

The property was wonderful, amazing pool and views.Host helpful even rescued us when we got lost trying to find the accommodation. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Cavtat holiday

Ane and her son made us feel like relatives! The view has to be one of the best in Cavtat! Ane provided us with a grill for a special last night! I highly recommend this property and plan on coming back again in the future.

Fabulous apartment

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Cavtat. It has 2 good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage, kitchen with everything you need and great pool. We were lucky that the other apartments were empty when we stayed so it was our own private pool for the week! Having said that, we spent more time down in the town swimming in the sea as it was beautiful. The apartment is a 10 minute walk down a big hill into town (and back up again to come back!) So you do need some reasonable fitness, but we enjoyed our daily walks up and down. Ane's son picked us up from the airport, took us to a shop to get anything we needed and took us back to the airport on the way home. Great service and communication, and very friendly/helpful. Apartment is just 10 mins from airport which is great! Cavtat is under the flight path but after a couple of hours you don't even notice the planes.

Beautiful beautiful... What a view... Took our breath away when we turned up...and indeed every morning afterwards. Immaculate apartment. Ane and her son communicated rapidly and accurately. Cavtat is such a find... Will be suggesting to all our friends.

Fantastic place

Lovely apartment, finished and furnished to a very good standard, with everything you could ask for in terms of appliances, utensils, etc.. Ane and her son could not have been more helpful and obliging from the beginning to the end of our stay. We are already thinking about our next visit to the beautiful town of Cavtat. And as most of the reviews say, the view from the terrace is simply stunning.

Fantastic apartment in Cavtat

We had a great 2 weeks in this accommodation. Ane and her son were so helpful and on hand for any query. The views from the terrace and the pool were amazing. It was well equipped and so clean. I would not hesitate to book this again and I am already thinking about returning with the family.

AMAZING

What a beautiful stay, gorgeous villa, lovely pool, Ane was the perfect host from start to finish. We had the best holiday and felt very sad to be leaving. Would return in a heartbeat , we would recommend this Villa / Cavtat for anyone wanting a chilled, relaxed holiday with a brilliant place to stay. Ane helped me to get a cake for my partners birthday and she picked us up and dropped us off at the aiport. Brilliant , stunning and gorgeous!

Family trip

The apartment was comfy with a nice outside area and pool which was cold as it was 1st week of may 2023 Ane was amazing collected us from the airport(10 minute drive) showed us around the property and arranged to take us to the large supermarket that evening. She also took us back to the airport the following Saturday. 10 minute walk down a steepish hill with steps to a beautiful road with sea front restaurants and shops. Bus station the number 10 took 20 minutes to Dubrovnik. We had an lovely time and plan to visit again

Great location

Comfortable apartment, disappointed pool wasn’t heated. Close to airport but in the fight path! Good location for visiting Dubrovnik and Montenegro. Excellent views of sunset.

Excellent property, excellent location

A very relaxing stay at this property with a wonder location and fantastic views over the Adriatic with just a short 10 min walk downhill into the picturesque town and harbour where there is an amazing choice of restaurants and beach options for taking a plunge in the clear waters. Ane was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, clean and well equipped. We would certainly not hesitate to come back

Wonderful stay

We booked this as a belated 40th birthday trip for five female friends. We had a wonderful time. Apartment was clean, seemed very new and was well equipped - we even had beach towels! The pool was quite cool, but very refreshing. The view from our upstairs apartment was beautiful. Ane and her son collected us and dropped us back at the airport, took us to the supermarket and gave us hints for local nice places. We couldn't have asked for more. The walk down into the centre was just the right distance to help us walk off a bit of dinner! We didn't manage the boat to Dubrovnik as the sea was too rough, but the bus was fine and we got a taxi back. Cavtat was a lovely little town and I'd definitely return and try one of the boat trips, take in more restaurants and do more coastal walks! Thank you for a great time- would definitely recommend!

It's all about the view!

We had a wonderful stay at one of the top floor appartments at this villa. The bedrooms were a good size and we found the place a good fit for 3 adults; one more would have fitted also! It was very clean when we arrived and the communication with the host worked well too. The view must be one of the best in Cavtat, absolutely stunning! The walk down to the old town takes about 10 minutes; the hill is pretty steep so pack bit of stamina and good shoes, but even my elderly mum was fine with it as long as we took our time. There's also bus stop not too far away for the number 10 bus to Dubrovnik and a little supermarket for getting few essentials too. It's a bonus that airport is close with only 10 minute drive away from the property. All in all a lovely family run accommodation and a great base to explore croatia and surrounding areas too!

Fabulous Place to stay

Excellent apartment, lovely pool, wonderful hosts would definitely book to come again. One downside a very long steep hill to come up from the habour but we discovered the No10 bus which has a stop just passed the apartment turning, so saved on Taxis.

Simply the best!

From collecting us at the airport to taking us back, this holiday was brilliant, our hosts couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful and welcoming. The apartment was larger than we thought, spotless, the beds really comfortable, plenty of storage, abundant towels, large fridge, freezer, washing machine, large furnished terrace, beautiful pool and a spectacular view over the bay and mountains. There is a small restaurant and shop 5 mins away (Ane took us to a larger supermarket a short drive away to stock up on arrival), or take a (bit steep though with lovely views!) stroll down to the quay with several more dotted around a very pretty, upmarket harbour where you can choose which yacht you will buy when you win the lottery! This was our 3rd year of trying to get here but worth the wait.

Beautifull property

Could not fault the property or the landlord/landlady really clean superb views, just the location the hill from cavtat and steps is a bit of a slog hire car reccommended but well worth a stay definatelly reccommend

Mehr als erholsam

Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hat uns abgeholt, da wir die Anschrift nicht gefunden haben. Bei Fragen und Anliegen war er immer sehr freundlich und hat eine schnelle Lösung gefunden. Die Lage ist etwas abseits jedoch ist die Promenade und ein kleiner Supermarkt perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar. Nette Nachbarn waren auch vor Ort. Einziger Punkt der etwas gestört hat, ist das im Stundentakt Flugzeuge die Villa Überfliegen. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub! Wir würden zur jeder Zeit erneut buchen.
