Pepo was an excellent host during our stay; his overall hospitality and property really made our stay in Cavtat memorable! Pepo was so helpful with navigating our airport transfers, as well as giving us useful tips during our stay. Our apartment was clean and well laid out for our needs - the pool was a bonus for us to cool down and relax during our travels.We highly recommend staying here and would love to revisit in the future!

Stayed in the lovely one bedroom, compact but beautiful apartment, tucked away at the end of a cul de sac, so very peaceful.Set quite high up above the harbour so not great if you aren’t mobile, the bonus being the incredible views !!Swimming pool not massive but adequate for a refreshing dip and plenty sun loungers for the amount of guests.Pepo’s mum was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, all in all we had a wonderful stay

This was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It is even better than described. Immaculately clean, excellent air con, a superb view, a quiet pool area and amazing hosts who communicate so well and even picked us up and dropped us at the airport. They also let us stop at a supermarket on way from airport as it was late. It’s a 5-10 minute walk down a hill and some steps into Cavtat. The location is amazing for day trips to Dubrovnik and even to Bosnia and Montenegro.

great stay

nice cosy appartment for the 2 of us, very clean, pool was beautiful, owner was very helpful with what ever we needed and even picked us up from the bus stop as we have no car and brang us up too the appartment, would gladley stay again here if we ever visit cavtat on out travels

Great location

Property is in a good location and has a nice pool - you’ve all read about the hills and steps. Owners were friendly and very helpful, they picked us up from the airport and stopped at the supermarket before taking us to the apartment. I would recommend this place to stay 👍

What a beautiful place in a perfect location! I was reluctant to book as it was on the small side for 2 adults & 2 children, but I'm so glad we did. We booked days before coming so we had to take the best of what was left in the entire Dubrovnik area, but turns out that in future this would be my first choice place. We saw Pepo and his Mum at check-in and they were wonderful hosts. They don't live on-site so you don't see them besides someone's check in/out (or unless you need them). There are 4 flats in the building and I was worried about us all feeling on top of each other, but it was never the case. Everyone was friendly, interesting, and respectful of each others space and privacy. English, Swedish, German - it was a lovely bunch of families. It was nice for our kids to have others to play with when we were at the pool and nice for us to chat to and get tips from the other guests. There was a hair dryer, iron, dishwasher tablets/fairy liquid/shower gel/tea bags. Just all you need. Yes there are planes flying low overhead fairly often, but my partner and kids loved this. It's really close to walk to Cavtat harbour and old town and we couldn't have (accidentally!) chosen a more beautiful little town or a better flat to base ourselves in. Thanks Pepo...I'm sure we'll be back!

Nice apartment

The apartment is located close to the sea and the promenade with many restaurants. There is a wonderful swimming pool with a children's area and a comfortable terrace. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, especially a lot of towels. We were satisfied with the holidays.

Better than we ever dreamed of!

The property was just perfect for our stay in Cavtat. The apartment had everything that we required and Anna and Stejpo were the perfect hosts and were very attentive to all of our wishes and needs, and couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. Cosy and clean

Host was fantastic, apartment was small but very clean, location was perfect so time in the apartment was limited, pool was spotless, a full length mirror would be a bonus and sharp knives for bread and nibbles for the occasional wine and cheese night on the balcony ;-) Thank you and we had a very lovely week, Lorna & Gregg

Pool area and owner were nice but you can't really see the sea and you are directly under the airport flight path, planes arrive from 6am to 12am. The apartment was too small for 2 adults and 2 children really and showing its age.

The apartment was new, modern, and very clean – everything was in great condition. We really appreciated the quality and enjoyed our stay. The pool area was also very nice, with plenty of sun loungers and space to relax.The only downside was the sea view, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. From both the apartment and the pool, the view is mostly blocked by trees, so you only get a small glimpse of the sea. It’s something to be aware of if a clear sea view is important to you.

Simply wonderful

A great stay in a wonderful apartment hosted by Pepo and his lovely mum who picked us up and dropped us back at the airport. The apartment is spacious for 2 but there is a pull out sofa for 2 extra spaces if needed. The pool area is very clean as is the pool itself. There is a supermarket near by for essentials and it is a 10 minute walk to Cavtat harbour for more shops and lots of restaurants - the walk back is uphill but that is standard for this area. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing!

A wonderful 1 bedroom appartment with a small kitchenette. I cannot fault anything, it was clean, comfortable and the view amazing. The small pool was shared with the other 3 apartments but this was not an issue. There is a shop about 10 minutes up the hill which catered for everything we needed and a fantastic little cafe/restaurant just before this. I wiuld recommend this to anyone.

First visit to Dubrovnik

The property was as described...more bijou than expected but fine for a family of three for a week. We had the ground floor apartment but there are bigger options. Lovely pool with great views. Comfy bed, good aircon, decent shower and very near to Cavtat...quite a climb back up the hill which may not suit some. Great hosts who provided transport to/from airport. Would recommend Villa Laureana for anyone wanting to see this stunning part of Croatia. Some aeroplane noise as villa is under flight path but easy to get into Dubrovnik with regular bus and boats accessing the Old Town.

Lovely apartments with a view

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the one bedroom apartment. It’s not big but we found it more than adequate for myself, my husband and adult daughter who slept on the large sofa bed. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and we mostly had the pool to ourselves. There is some noise from planes flying overhead but it didn’t bother us at all. It’s a fairly short (10 minute) walk downhill to the restaurants and seafront. Cavtat (pronounced Tsavtat) is a beautiful town away from the busyness of Dubrovnik whilst still having plenty to see and do. The locals are friendly and welcoming and it feels very safe.

Great location

Fabulous location with a step short walk to the beautiful waterfront . We didn’t realise our apartment was located at the side of the building which was a shame as we didn’t have a view over the pool area etc . Our apartment ( 1 bed ) was small and we found it difficult to self cater . The kitchen area and bathroom were too small for 10 nights and we felt needed a bit more equipment to eat in regularly. We were 2 adults with an 8 yr old who slept on the sofa bed . If we came again would definitely opt for one of the bigger apartments! Anna the lady who met us was extremely helpful and there regularly if you needed anything.

Ce logement est situé dans un cadre magnifique et l’emplacement est idéal pour accéder à pied à la plage, aux commerces et au restaurant.La piscine est très agréable et la vue sensationnelle. Cavtat est sur la ligne d'atterrissage de l’aeroport ce qui n’est pas gênant à condition d’en avoir conscience. A recommander vivement

Mon avis

Très beau logement. L’hôte est très réactive et nous avons eu une communication claire et précise avec elle. La piscine et la vue paradisiaque est un vrai plus pour profiter du séjour.

Studio Cavtat

rien à redire sur le studio, très bien équipé et propre. environnement gêné par le bruit des avions, couloir aérien à la verticale ( 400 m) et orientation du studio sur la rue et non sur la piscine, comme indiquée sur les photos. Garderons un bon souvenir de ce séjour.

Lovely views, compact but lovely.

Lovely location although you do need to have a good level of fitness for the hill into town, or use taxis / rent a car! Beautiful location, lovely pool, clean and tidy.

Excellent standard of accommodation. Really clean and all facilities including washing machine and dishwasher. Pool area just fabulous! Location good. Would highly recommend.

Summer holiday in Villa Laureana in Cavtat is an excellent choice for all those who want a pleasant and peaceful vacation; away from the haste of everyday life, but still close to all cultural and entertainment events that Cavtat and Dubrovnik are known for. The Old City of Dubrovnik can be reached by land or by sea, and it is only 17 Km or 5 NM away from Cavtat.
