We can offer accommodation in each of our four apartments. Villa offers swimming pool (50m2) with shallow part for children with jaccuzzi tub. Free parking place is also provided. Apartment Laura offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony and terrace.
WiFi included in price.
Villa is situated close to Hotel Croatia where Congress gathering are frequent.

Fantastic holiday

The apartment has an amazing pool and views of the sea and surrounding hills. Owners were brilliant, transported us to and from the airport and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Great location, 10 minute downhill walk into the town where there are shops, bars and restaurants.shops,

This apartment is gorgeous and in a perfect location very close to Cavtat centre and nice and close to the airport. The apartment had plenty of space to unpack all our belongings and the views from the balcony are outstanding. The swimming pool is great and the hosts generously let us store our suitcases in their garage on our last day due to a late flight. We would love to return again one day.

Fabulous apartment!

Super clean apartment with a lovely view over the entire bay. Several changes of towels and sheets plus beach towels provided also. Situated in a nice quiet area and pleasant walk into the delightful town of Cavtat.

Excellent, wonderful sunsets, great pool

We have stayed here before with friends, has a great time then and had a wonderful time with family this time. The apartments are very clean and well appointed. Lovely pool which is a big plus in Cavtat as very few properties have a pool. Air con very good and we needed as it was really hot all week. All in all a great stay

Excellent

We had a great time in Cavtat. The property was perfect and had everything we needed. Ane was wonderful making us feel like we were part of the family. The location was close to everything, just a short walk to the waterfront. And the view was breathtaking! I highly recommend!

Very welcoming family owner beautiful view

Very well equipped clean two bedroom two bathroom villa with a gorgeous little pool and beautiful view of the Adriatic. Family owned and attended to anything we asked and were very welcoming. Had everything we needed and more. We were alone at the villa since it was early in the season so do keep in mind that there are other units in the villa that share the pool and balconies.

This location was perfect for us. We were able to walk down to the waterfront (about 10 minutes down / 15 minutes up) daily to buy supplies or have a meal. There are also several options for meals & coffee within 5-minute walk. The apartment was clean. The pool was clean and refreshing. the view is amazing! The kitchen could use some updated pots & pans (lids don't match) and better knives - for those who like to prepare and eat at home.

Excellent property and hosts

The property was gorgeous, amazing views. Very clean and comfortable. Pepe and Ana so very helpful and nothing was too much problem at all. Cavtat picture post card so beautiful. Lovely food and lots to do if want activities Michael on waterfront great guy to go to for excusions. Or lovely place to sit and chill and watch world go by. I have never seen so many outstanding sunsets Thank you for a wonderful stay and making us so welcome. Would highly recommend staying at this villa.

Wow

Our stay in Villa Laureana was beyond compare. From our initial enquiry Ane and Pepo could not have been more helpful. The service they provided us while booking and during our stay was absolutely fantastic. The whole villa and pool area was of a high standard throughout, pristine, spacious and 10-15 walk to restaurants etc - Steep climb back up was well worth it. The pool and the veranda were absolutely perfect to be able to sunbathe and take in the breathtaking views (the sunsets were Amazing !). We were in upstairs apartment. The location is perfect for the village which is really welcoming and offers lovely restaurants. Can’t recommend highly enough! Loved it!!

Great modern looking apartment with a lovely pool and a great view. Great size beds, nice bathrooms and things there such as hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Usual normal kitchen stuff (tho only 2 normal mugs?!).My only issue, and was a bit of a downer, is our host arranged the airport transfers and the driver tried to charge us 70 for the transfers. Having been before I'm well aware an airport transfer is not 35 for each direction, it's more like 15/20 at a push. We gave him 40, I'm sure our host was unaware of this driver scam so I would advise anyone booking this lovely Villa to just sort an Uber themselves or use a taxi at the terminal.The Villa is lovely tho, host great comms and great value.

Sehr schöne Lage, zum Hafen ca 12 Minuten zu Fuss, recht steiler An- und Abstieg, schöner Blick über die Bucht, im Herbst und Frühling keine Sonne auf der Terrasse.Terrassemitnutzung durch Nachbarappartementsehr gute Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter- bei Problemen Pool nicht beheizt. Klimaanlagen am Haus waren in einem Zimmer gut zu hören Vermieter will das lösenDirekte Einflugschneise zum nahen Flughafen -schön zum Flugzeuge schauen, Fluglärm war nicht störend.Wir kommen wieder.

Another great holiday in Cavtat

Had a lovely holiday in Cavtat, the apartment is great, very clean and spacious. Pepo is a great host and very helpful. The location is ideal, close to the town centre and the walk up the hill helps burn calories from the lovely restaurant food. Our third time in this apartment and we will definitely be back.

Well equipped apartment with fabulous views and pool

Pepo picked us up from the airport and showed us where everything was in Cavtat. The apartment was ready on arrival even though we were earlier than the check in time. The apartment is very well appointed and there is everything needed for the stay, although looking a little tired in places. The kitchen and dining area is a bit tight but we didn't really cook or eat in other than breakfast. The pool area is lovely and clean and the views across the bay are fabulous. It's a 5 minute walk down to the bay but the stairs and hill back up are pretty tiring, however in our opinion, totally worth it to have the view being that bit higher up. We would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for anyone relatively physically fit wanting to stay close to the centre of Cavtat.

Perfect family holiday

We booked our holiday back in 2020 during lockdown as we knew our friends we’re e getting married in Cavtat in 2022. The booking process was straight forward and Pepo was on hand to answer any of our questions. Pepo met us at the airport and drove me and my family to the apartment. Transfer time was around 10 mins. As we had an early flight Pepo took us to the apartment to drop our bags whilst the apartment was being cleaned, he then drove us down to Cavtat town so we could have lunch. Pepo then picked us up a couple of hours later to take us back to the apartment to check in. Our apartment was perfect, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice living room with a modern TV for the kids (Netflix etc) and a decent kitchen to prepare small meals in. We had a shared balcony overlooking the pool but also had a private balcony to the side of the apartment. The pool area was amazing, sun loungers, parasols, small tables etc and the area was always clean and tidy with Pepo’s mother regularly coming to clean the pool. The apartment is around a 10 minute walk down a relatively steep hill that has some steps or a 15 minute walk following the road round to the apartment. There are plenty of local taxis but we always used Uber is it was around half the price of the advertised taxi prices. A 5 minute walk up the hill you will find a bar/restaurant and a small supermarket. All in all a perfect family holiday at a great apartment with very friendly and attentive hosts, we would not hesitate to recommend booking with Pepo and his family.

Gorgeous Pool, Wonderful Hosts, Spotless Apartment

This was our much needed and highly anticipated holiday after 2 years of Covid and having to cancel our stay 2 years ago. The host, Pepo was waiting for us at the airport to transport us on the short trip to our apartment, making a quick detour to the small supermarket to enable us to stock up on provisions. It was so kind of him to allow us to have access to the apartment earlier than the stated check in time as well. The apartment was spotless and fully airconditioned, a must in the summer in Cavtat. Unfortunately we discovered that the air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom wasn't working, however, the host was quick to respond and had it fixed for us. Luckily there was a very comfortable sofa bed to sleep on in the lounge until the issue was resolved. There were a few issues that could easily be rectified, such as the ill equipped kitchen in terms of glasses, cereal bowls and no scissors which was a bit annoying, however, these are minor things. My main issue was that the balcony area is not private and is in fact shared with the adjoining apartment and they had to access our balcony to use the stairs. Luckily the 'neighbours' were lovely people! The patio furniture was in poor repair, held together with duct tape and the cushions had definitely seen better days! This meant that we rarely sat outside as a family because it was so uncomfortable. The pool was fabulous and cleaned regularly; probably one of the best pools I have had on my many Croatian apartment holidays.

Beautiful location

From the moment Pepo picked us up from the airport until he dropped us off at our next villa a week later his family looked after our every need. Villa was in a good location, 10 minutes downhill to town and 5 minutes from nearest restaurant and shop. Sunset views from the villa were spectacular as were the views over Cavtat and the bay. Apartment had everything we needed for our week, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washing machine and 3 air conditioning units. Pool area was spotless as was our area outside of the upstairs apartment where you could sunbathe all day and well into the evening if you wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Pepo our his family and we very much look forward to spending more time with them in the future.

Très bel appartement

Belle situation sur Cavtat à proximité de toutes les commodités.L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et agréable. Le propriétaire est très agréable et réactif. Seul petit bémol le couloir aérien au dessus.

Lovely Views

Not off to a great start as waited 1 hour for pick up (which was arranged) , after several phone calls and text messages I finally got a response and was picked up. Once we arrived the Apartment was lovely, clean and tidy, pool was nice with gorgeous views. Location was not fantastic for those with small children as pushing a pushchair up the extreme hills was a challenge to say the least.

Fabulous apartment

Had an amazing relaxing break. The apartment was spotless and very well kitted out. Pepo and his family were very attentive and helped a lot. Cavtat was beautiful. Can’t say I cared for the “mozzies” though!! All in all a fabulous holiday.
