The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm). From here, you can access the second bedroom, which has a 140x200 cm bed; this layout works well for families with children, as the adults are positioned between the children and the exit. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing full meals. The living room includes a flat-screen TV with international channels in Spanish, English, German, Norwegian and Swedish. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included.

Large Private Swimming Pool, Exclusive Use Garden and Barbecue Area

The outdoor space is the highlight of this property. The private swimming pool, which guests describe as large, is for exclusive use: it is not shared with other properties. The garden area includes a barbecue, an outdoor lounge and an al fresco dining area. The upper floor of the house will not be occupied during your stay, ensuring complete privacy. The 2.5-metre-high concrete perimeter wall enhances both privacy and security, which is particularly important for families with young children.

The bus stop is just a few metres from the apartment, with hourly services to the beach and the centre, meaning you can manage without a car for daily trips.

Parking and Access at Urbanización Chimenea

The apartment has free private parking on the same property. Access is at ground level, with no stairs, making it easy to arrive with luggage, pushchairs or for anyone with reduced mobility.



Important information:



- Private swimming pool with a depth ranging from 2.1 m to 3.0 m. There is no shallow end or access via steps. An adult of average height cannot touch the bottom at any point in the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be under the direct and constant supervision of an adult at all times. We recommend the use of approved flotation devices for children who cannot swim unaided.
