Velkommen til Serenity Cottage beliggende i Rockaway Beach! Denne dejlige to soveværelse, et bad hjem kan komfortabelt rumme op til otte gæster. Du kan endda medbringe din yndlingshøje ven med dig. Vi er sikre på, at de får et spark ud af at køre på stranden med dig!

Trin ind, og du vil finde dig selv i den hyggelige stue, komplet med masser af plads til alle dine venner og familie. Varm op ved pejsen på de kolde vinterdage, eller slapp af i tv'et med en sennatfilm. Køkkenet er placeret lige ud af stuen, hvilket gør det nemt at forberede et måltid, samtidig med at de kommer i kontakt med dine kære. Et lille spisebord tilbyder plads til fire, mens et andet bord er placeret i stuen med ekstra siddepladser, sammen med masser af sofaer.

Køkkenet har alt hvad du behøver for at piske et hurtigt og nemt måltid til dine kære, herunder en ovn med komfur, køleskab og mikrobølgeovn. Bemærk venligst at dette hjem ikke tilbyder opvaskemaskine. Når du kommer ind i køkkenet, tager du ret til det første soveværelse, komplet med en fuld størrelse seng. Badeværelset, Jack og Jill stil, kan indtastes fra dette værelse samt fra gangen der fører til det andet soveværelse. Badeværelset har et brusebad. Der er også et vaskerum placeret på Serenity Cottage, så føl dig fri til at pakke lys til dit ophold.

Det andet soveværelse kommer komplet med en dobbeltseng med en skjult seng nedenunder og en queen size seng. Dette værelse er perfekt til nogen af børnene i dit fest, da værelset leveres komplet med et tv og spil, sammen med masser af puder til lounge mens du hænger rundt i huset.

Du har utrolig tæt adgang til ikke kun stranden fra Serenity Cottage, men også til de mange restauranter og butikker, Rockaway Beach har at byde på! Du vil også være omkring en times kørsel væk fra Seaside i nord eller kun 25 minutter væk fra Tillamook mod syd.

When you walk in for the first time, there is a strong ammonia smell that hits you immediately. Old sewage pipes under the house broken? We opened some windows to air it out. We couldn’t get the k cup machine to work to make coffee, bought some ground and used the drip. The bed in the room next to the bathroom was quite uncomfortable. Not up to par with other rentals.

Such a cute cottage

This is our second stay here love the location and the house and yard. Would be nice to have a bbq and some of the kitchen utensils could be replaced or upgraded. Also some mold in the bedroom and bathroom wndow sills. The new outdoor couch was awesome and we love the Kurig!!! Our lab Cash loved relaxing and hanging out in the yard!! The beach is less than a block away and so is town its a great spot. Maybe fix the lock on the barhroom door also.

A rough finish, cute decor but cluttered, dark and kind of depressing. Tripping hazards between rooms with as much as 3 inches difference in floor levels in doorways. I have 2 hip replacements and was constantly afraid I’d fall. No porch lights. Bed was uncomfortable and woke up in pain. I paid as much as I would for an ocean front motel room. I felt claustrophobic and left a day early. I wouldn’t stay again.

Rockaway Beach

Overall it was pretty good, did have a strong musty smell we had to leave windows open, a few things could be changed or updated but for the most part good.. wasp nest under covered patio by a pole up high. Coffee pot leaks… great location. Had a fun weekend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First things first, the location is amazing. The beach is close and Rockaway is adorable and walkable.Two things worth mentioning: there is no dishwasher at this property, which means you are trusting previous guests to have washed the dishes. If you visit now, you'll find lots of clean dishes because we washed so many of them. Almost everything I pulled out was visibly dirty, which is always gross but especially during covid times. In general the house was cleaned like I clean my own home, and not like I'd expect a rental to be cleaned. Accumulated sand, unwashed throw pillows, etc.The second thing is that the kids' bedroom is a garage and it was freezing cold in there our entire 5 day stay despite having the cadet heater cranked the entire time. That said, there's all sorts of games to play and movies to watch and beach gear available. It's super homey and comfortably furnished and felt like a family beach house. I would visit again with the right company.

Rockaway Getaway!

Lovely stay

We stayed here for a long weekend. The house was very cute, had everything we needed and wonderful beach access and was also close to shops in ton. The size was perfect for me, my sister and our daughters. The beach supplies had everything we needed. We also brought our two small dogs and it felt like plenty of room. My only complaint is the bed in the adult room was really uncomfortable like so much so that it made my hips ache every night (I'm only 38). I think once they invest in more comfortable mattresses it is pretty much the perfect getaway.

Lovely, peaceful setting and home

It started a little "rocky" because we were told we had to check in late (at 6:00 PM instead of 4:00), however we were given a $50.00 credit to compensate for the inconvenience. This home was comfortable, and quiet, just as we had hoped. It is a few blocks from the beach on a hill in a natural setting with large trees, ferns and foxglove blooming. The one bedroom and full bath downstairs and two bedrooms with full bath upstairs worked perfectly for us, our son and daughter-in-law and five year old granddaughter.

Cottage disgusting -

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture is not accurate in any way. Without going into get detail, back bedroom] smelled like mold even though we tried to air it out; closed it off and guest slept on couch. Cottage was not clened prior to our arrival, although they boast of going through intense COVID cleaning, sticky floors, left over socks and miscellaneous on the floors, multiple lightbulbs burned out, one adapter in kitchen, so had to continually unplug coffee pot for toaster, or toaster for microwave, etc., deck so dirty did not sit outside once. Furniture and pillows on deck dirty, table on deck dirty, Rusted out large table randomly on grass - no chairs. The place was basically a roof over our head. Very expensive roof, I might add. I was able to speak with the company that lists this house and they were helpful in terms of a small refund; I would rather have had a nice place to enjoy, but all other rentals were booked.

Reviewer Comments: This is a tough one as we would really like to be more generous BUT to be fair the overall cleanliness of the property, from the cigarette butt sitting in the basket of shells, the two used Q tips in the front bedroom on the window sill, the counter tops that had not been wiped down and a shower tub that, give or take, takes an hour to drain, made this less than great. On the other hand, you are a short block away from a beautiful beach and perhaps that's enough. The restaurant choices are sadly limited, impacted by COVID. Hopefully as things continue to open up this will change. Overall, if you're looking for 'clean' this may not be your first choice, however, location, location, location ...

I love how close it is to everything yet far enough away it feels more private and not as crazy as some of the other beaches. The house was so close to the beach and bigger than i expected. Comfortable, Quiet, great Beach access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of three plus two elderly beagles loved Serenity Cottage. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of kitchen items available for cooking, and while the home is right along Hwy 101, little to no road noise. The RR tracks in the pictures appear to be an unused line, or perhaps summer only for tourist rides, as no trains went through in 4 days so don't let that deter you. The beach access is easy from 1/2 block in either direction through dunes to gorgeous Rockaway Beach. Really cute beach vibe decorations, spotlessly clean. The only issue was that the gas fireplace was out of order and we were not notified in advance. It wasn't a big issue as the home heating kept us warm and toasty. The WiFi supported laptop use in the main living areas, too. There are little shops and good restaurants within easy walking in town for takeout service.
