Thank you so much for your kind words—we’re so glad to hear you had a very nice experience! We’re also happy you enjoyed the location near the beaches and state park—it’s such a great spot to relax and explore. We do apologize that the pool heater wasn’t working during your stay. Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location near the beaches and state park—it's definitely one of our favorite things about the area too. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t able to enjoy the pool heater during your stay. The issue was due to a panel failure, but we're happy to report that it has since been fully repaired and is now in perfect working condition for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!

Thank you for the kind words—we’re so glad you enjoyed the house and found it super clean! We appreciate your patience with the road construction during your stay and totally understand how that could’ve caused some confusion for Uber drivers. The good news is that the construction is now fully complete, so it won’t be an issue for future guests. Thanks again for your feedback, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that the home lived up to your expectations and that everything—from the setup to the pool and communication—met your needs. It’s great to know you found the house well-stocked and comfortable, and we’re so happy the extras arranged in advance worked out smoothly. We’d absolutely love to host you again anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad to hear you had a wonderful stay and that Katie was able to help make your visit a great one. We appreciate you mentioning the BBQ grill—we do provide instructions in the house manual for guests to easily swap out the propane tank for a quick resolution, and we’re also happy to deliver a new tank within 48 hours if notified. We understand how frustrating it can be to get ready for a BBQ and not have propane, and we’ll continue working to make that process even smoother. Thanks again for your feedback, and we’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you so much for a great review, Heather! It was a pleasure having you here :)

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Just a quick note about the kitchen lights: they do work, but the switch is located just to the right of the refrigerator. It’s an unconventional spot due to the open layout of the home, so it can be easy to overlook. We also appreciate your feedback on the dishwasher. It's currently in perfect working condition, and everything is running smoothly for our future guests. Thanks again, and we hope to host you again in the future!

Thank you for the kind review of your stay at Villa Aventura in early January. We would LOVE to have you stay with us again!

Thank you Shivone! Glad you had such a great stay, you are welcome back anytime! Thanks, Jenna :-)

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you found the interior of the house clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We apologize for the issues with the exterior and pool area during your stay. The house has since been professionally cleaned, and we’ve made sure the pool and surrounding areas are in great shape for future guests. We also wanted to let you know that the construction for the city drainage project is now complete, so there are no longer any issues with water pressure or disruptions in the area. Thanks again for your understanding, and we’d love to host you again in the future!

Shameka, we're very sorry to see you went about your review this way. However, I want to make it very clear what occurred. During your entire stay, our team was at your disposal, both on VRBO and on the phone, speaking with you many times. On the first call when our team reached out to you, you immediately demanded a refund due to the trash being on the curb on trash day and you also sent a picture of dust on the exterior of the window outside the house which was caused by the road construction being done by the city. You then threatened to leave a negative review if you didn't get a refund. When that didn't happen, you left us a one-star review for our property that is very well liked by our previous guests.

Hi Laure, Thanks so much for visiting at our property this past month. It was our pleasure to host you. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I was suprised to see your comment about the kitchen, as I know we were in regular communication, and I was not aware of this at all. We would have happily sent our cleaner back out to take care of any cleanliness issues you may have noticed. The same goes for the BBQ, we are always available for any comments or requests to make our guests stays better. I have brought this comment to the attention of our cleaning team to be sure they did a thorough cleaning of the kitchen area upon your departure. Thanks again for staying, I am glad to hear that you all enjoyed the pool area.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that this was your experience during your stay. In regard to the backyard privacy, we understand how important that is to our guests. New neighbors moved in just a few weeks ago, and we only recently became aware of the issue. We are actively working on installing a privacy fence to restore the sense of seclusion our guests expect—rest assured this will be addressed promptly. As for the pool deck, because it is in direct sunlight throughout most of the day, there can be some surface heat and minor settling over time. We are currently in the process of evaluating and scheduling improvements to ensure it is safe and comfortable for all guests, including children. We also regret that your request for compensation did not meet your expectations. We always aim to resolve concerns as fairly and transparently as possible, and we’ll take your experience into account as we continue to improve both the home and our communication. Thank you again for your comments—they help us grow and better serve our guests.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that everyone found the beds comfortable and had a restful stay—it’s always great to know our guests sleep well! We also appreciate your understanding about the drainage issue in one of the bathrooms. We apologize for not having it resolved during your stay, and we'll make sure to address it promptly to avoid any future inconvenience. We’re glad it didn’t affect your experience too much, though! It’s great to hear that the Haitian sports bar nearby was a convenient spot for a late-night snack, and we’re happy to know the neighborhood stayed peaceful for you. We hope you enjoyed the backyard area as well—it’s one of our favorite spots too! Thanks again for your feedback, and we’d love to host you again in the future!
