Worst house I have ever rented, with the worst customer service. They were disrespectful and cursed at us, on top of walking in to the house knowing we were still in there.

We were able to check in early, which was great. Upon arriving to the property the pool guys were in the back filling the pool with water. We wanted to get in the pool but it was dirty. The cabinet where the pots were was dirty and smells like old grease. The house is a nice size and in a great location. The linens were raggedy and dirty. There was no soap or anything so we had to go to target to get a few things.

This house definitely can accommodate a large group. However the pics don’t reflect the true up keep of the property. Property needs more tender loving care. Several things broken. It’s in a good area and close to stores and malls. The host is responsive concerning the questions we had but didn’t show up to an appointment that had been rescheduled. I would not stay here again.

Pool was great - perfect for our family. House is large. However, the listing pictures were taken sometime ago, and the house has aged. Maintenance, repairs and updates are needed. Only has 3.5 baths - not 4. Neighborhood is quiet, but no shops or restaurants nearby. 10-20 minute dive to anything.

Awesome Stay!!!

Beautiful home laid out nicely for families. Awesome pool, spacious, 2 living rooms and ample outdoor space. We had 10 people and it felt like 4 people because of how the home is designed.

Great place for families

We had a great visit with and this location was perfect. Because we had events during our stay in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and up the treasure coast it was ideal to stay here. We took advantage of the pool almost every day. This place is close to the beaches and easy access to stores in the area. Would love to stay again.

Contacted host multiple times about furnace not working. Normally, this would not be an issue but Florida is having unusually cold weather this year. Place is dirty. No shampoo, conditioner or body soap in any shower which we discovered while in shower.

Awesome house and location

Our stay was very pleasant, house is very spacious and clean. Great central location where you can get to Miami and Fort Lauderdale within 25 minutes each way. Very safe as it’s a gated community. We had no issues with our stay everything was perfect and the kids got to enjoy the pool everyday. Would definitely come back and recommend this house.

Aventura home

This was a great home in a gated neighborhood large enough to accommodate our group. The floor plan was spacious, and the backyard pool area was very nice. Traffic in Miami is terrible right now, so the fact that this home is close to everything you need really helped. There is easy access to I95, Aventura Mall within 2 miles, restaurants, and shopping everywhere.

The layout and location were perfect for all of us and the owner was very responsive. It's proximity to stores and main roads and highways was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet as well. I want to note the hallway bathtub was very slippery while showering and it would be helpful to have a tub mat or floor tub stickers to prevent falls, the hot and cold in 2 of the bathrooms were working backwards and I knew what to do because I read a previous review and lastly there should be some type of markings to advise of the step downs in the laundry room, & bar areas especially. This was definitely a trip hazard for us all. I only knew of the two step downs to both family rooms from previous reviews, but this should be noted on all outlets that advertise this home or simply post a "watch your step" so other guests can be made aware before entering these areas. These are the only reasons this home didn't receive 5 stars and it's because they are hazards that can be an easy fix to prevent any issues for the guest and owner.
