Perched on a hilltop in the exclusive Pedregal community sits Villa Maria, an upscale Hacienda-style private villa that artfully combines Old-World Charm with modern elegance and sophistication. The interior 4 bedrooms of spacious 7000 sq, ft. Villa are conveniently on one level, plus another 2 attached bedrooms make a total of 6. High ceilings, marble floors and lavish décor complement nearly every inch of this villa. A grand travertine fireplace stands proudly in the stylish living room while the open kitchen, generously appointed with everything needed to create delectable meals, opens to an intimate outdoor courtyard with a stately stone fireplace and seating for six. The bedrooms, each tastefully furnished, offer private or shared baths and flat-screened televisions. Outside, the dramatic views of Pedregal and the Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed from a lovely terrace that boasts plentiful seating, an outdoor fire pit, and a gorgeous heated pool and hot tub.

Although Villa Maria ensures the utmost in luxury and privacy, the vibrancy of downtown Cabo San Lucas is only moments away. From restaurants, cantinas and shopping to top-notch golf, world-class fishing and a plethora of water sports – there is a multitude of activity to be enjoyed in this delightful oceanfront town.

Events: Villa Maria can accommodate special events for up to 80 guests sitting or 150 guests standing. A minimum stay requirement, extra event fee, and applicable permits apply.

CANCELLATIONS
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless Baja Sur Vacation Rentals can re-rent the property for the same rate and period of time, subject to a $200 cancellation fee. This is also in our rental agreement that is required to sign.
