Privat luksusvilla i Pedregal med udsigt over havet

Villa Andaluza er beliggende i det eksklusive gated community af Pedregal. Denne smukke villa omfatter over 8.000 kvadratmeter indendørs og udendørs boligareal. Villaen er bygget på en bluff med betydelig panoramaudsigt over Stillehavet, der ligger kun en kort afstand væk.

Villa Andaluza er søsterejendom til Villa Veranza vrbo nr. 579.780.

Køkken, spisekammer, opholds-, spisestue- og underholdningsværelser er placeret på hovedniveau og har et 14 fodhøjt loft, 70 tommer plasma-tv med surround sound og et indendørs / udendørs vandfald.

Fire af de seks soveværelser er bygget til at mestre suite-standarder med private marmorbade. Funktionen soveværelse har en privat jacuzzi og pejs på den overdækkede terrasse. De to Master-værelser har også et Bose Surround Sound hjemmebiografsystem. Hele huset har marmorgulve både indendørs og ude. Hvert soveværelse har HDTV med satellitmodtagelse, en cd-afspiller, aircondition og sit eget unikt indrettede tema. Daglig stuepige er inkluderet. Også inkluderet i den natlige sats er en personlig kok og fuldtids concierge. (Husk, at gratifikationer ikke er obligatoriske, men værdsættes afhængigt af mængden af service, de leverer.)

En privat 30'-sportsfiskerbåd ligger i Marinaen udelukkende for gæster på Villa Andaluza. Det har sit eget besætning og er tilgængeligt for charter til en moderat pris for fiskeri, snorkling eller et solnedgangscruise. Chartering med os eliminerer alt for store gebyrer eller afbestillingsomkostninger for dårligt vejr dage eller for de morgener, hvor du bare måske har haft for meget sjov natten før. Krydstogt eller fisk efter din tidsplan!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Everything was exactly as pictured, if not better! The chefs prepared incredible meals, and the home was spotless with daily cleaning. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with thoughtful snacks, and the team went above and beyond by helping us arrange travel and reservations for the week. Truly a 5-star experience all around!

Beautiful home and a great experience! The views are spectacular and the staff do a really good job of making you feel at home and taking care of all your needs. The chef did an outstanding job in the kitchen and Casandra goes out of her way to attend to every request. The house is spacious and comfortable.

The property is beautiful, the views are spectacular. The only thing I did not like was the noise ordinance but we had a rowdy bunch and still managed to have a good time within the rules. Cassandra, Guillermo, the other chef which name escapes me at the moment and Leo were all wonderful and did a great job making sure we did not have to lift a finger. The staff there did a wonderful job taking care of us from start to finish. Lastly the house was incredibly well taken care of and very clean and it stayed that way thanks to the incredibly housekeepers the property employs. Thank you to everyone it was a trip full of memories thanks in no small part to the staff. I hope they all get to read this!

75th Birthday Celebration in Paradise!

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Cassandra, Memo, Leo and an amazing spread of quesadillas, homemade salsas and chips, to the moment we left we were treated like family. We were celebrating a milestone birthday with mostly adults but also brought a 2-year old grandchild. Our every need was accommodated. We ate in most nights and enjoyed delicious and fresh meals. Juan and Rufino were also so great. It was the most relaxing 5 days we have had in a long time thanks to the care and excellent service of this team not to mention the spacious and beautiful villa.

Absolutely amazing

The best place to gather. We felt like it was a mini hotel- lots of privacy with bedrooms. Chef was fab. Cassandra was outstanding. I am dying to go back! It surpassed my expectations!

Wonderful House with a Wonderful Staff

We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the concierge service along with the excellent chefs. Highly recommend using Marti in this house for your next day. They kept it immaculate throughout our stay. Very easy check-in and check out. You’ll enjoy the views.

The Perfect Get Away

This home is absolutely beautiful but quite honestly the staff, views, incredible food & hospitality makes it impossible to want to stay anywhere else in Cabo. This is our 3rd time and I already can't wait to return.

Perfect for our large group

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property size was perfect for our large group of 11. Two fan favorites of this house were the top floor second hot tub and fire pit and the pool table in the main living area. What sets this home apart is the staff. Our concierge Casandra was very attentive to our every need. We were able to have all meals cooked for us when we were not dining out, and daily cleaning services were wonderful. Two things to be aware of: The community of Pedregal is VERY hilly, so be aware before you book. If you want a fitness facility, you will not find one in the community.

My amazing big fat Cabo birthday extravaganza

I just had the most fabulous four days at Villa Andaluza! I traveled with five friends coming in from all over the world and honestly the photos don't even do this place justice. From the beautiful, tasteful furnishings and decorations to the delicious food to the excellent recommendations for beach, dinner, etc., everything was perfection. A special shout out to Casandra, Memo, Elizabeth and the whole team -- so efficient and delivering consistently with high quality Bravo!

Getaway with friends

Great location for all of the great restaurants, bars, and shopping by the marina. Casandra is a rockstar! She took great care of us from the time we landed to the time we left the house — transportation, meals, massage therapists, housekeeping — she orchestrated our stay perfectly. We will be back!

Fantastic House and Excellent Service

My friends and family booked the house to celebrate a 40th birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations at every step. Cassandra provided great communication before and during our stay, helping to provide everything we could possibly want. Our meals were delicious, and the hospitality was second to none. Family Vacation at Villa Andaluza

Our family had a lot to celebrate this year, and choosing Villa Andaluza for our vacation was the best decision. From the minute we booked, to saying goodbye to Casandra, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond for us. The meals they prepared were amazing and Casandra helped us with finding the perfect dinner reservations on the nights we wanted to go out. She also helped with booking massages at the house, booking a fishing trip and all the transportation we needed each day. We appreciated not having to make any grocery runs, and being so pampered. The house is amazing and the views are spectacular. We loved being in the pool and watching all the boats. The waterfall in the family room is a lovely touch.We felt very safe and loved the walk to the beach for our morning exercise. We will definitely be back!

Take me back to Cabo!

Where do I begin?? The villa was beautiful…something straight out of a magazine! Photos do not do it justice!! Casandra was a doll to deal with! My husband and I were entertaining guests and she helped me plan every detail! Couldn’t have done it without her! She and her staff are 5 star!!! We opted to have Alex play for us on the night of our guests arrival and it was just the touch we needed. Definitely worth it!!! Chef was on top of our every need! He and his team were there to make sure our dining experiences were top notch. I would definitely give Villa Anda Luza and its staff 10 STARS!!! We can’t wait to go back and bring our adult kids and family!

Family Vacation

Two families (4) adults and (5) kids, really enjoyed this home for our spring break trip. The home was really beautiful and clean as advertised and you could tell the staff took great pride in providing a wonderful experience. The team of Casandra, Juan, and Memo took care of all our asks and they were on the spot to help with any request. They even went above and beyond on our first night when we had a late ask of them to make our stay more comfortable. We had the staff cook every day and there wasn't a meal we didn’t really enjoy. They even provided a fish dinner with our catch from a fishing excursion during the day. The house views of the fishing boats and whales all day made our visit one to remember. Only thing I would call out for families with young kids is that 3 of the bedrooms are in “main house” and 3 of the bedrooms are part of the “first terrace” of a multi level estate. Cassandra and team did a wonderful job and we would without a doubt rent the home again.

Amazing!

My husband and I chose Villa Andaluza to host our small wedding. It was very casual out by the pool. Casandra was amazing. She was able to accommodate our every request! Juan and his wife and Mamo made the best meals we could have hoped for. In fact, family and friends staying at another villa said our food was better than theirs! Casandra suggested Alex Murillo to provide music and when (not if) we return, we will hire him again. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting to begin our new life together. All of us staying in the villa have already starting planning to return next year and hope to make it an annual trip.
