Best views in Pedregal

The overall stay was great! We were a 5 minute walk to the beach but needed to cab to and from town (too steep and far). The views were amazing, saw whales jumping daily, maid service daily and our concierge was available via text and very responsive. The view dictated A LOT of stairs so be ready to get your steps in.

everything about this villa is phenomenal. Every room/suite has its own bathroom and a view of the ocean. 5 min walk to the beach. honestly, the photos don't do it justice. Would come back and stay here in again in a second!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Terrific, can't say enough!

We had th most amazing week in Cabo and Villa Cerca del Cielo! There were 11 of us and we had tons of space! Loved the fact that the living room, dining room and pool area accommodated us ALL at the same time! We also loved the walk to town every morning for a few provisions.. Yes it was hilly on the way back but it was great exercise! We can't wait to return! Many thanks to our hosts and concierges!!!

Endless Summer

Our group really enjoyed our time at the villa. There was plenty of room and each of the bedrooms were private and had their own AC. Hot summer days you need a cool nights sleep to recharge for another day at Mango Deck. The service was fantastic. Angel provided on demand service. Contacting him was easy and setting up transportation or reservations was a breeze. The drivers were friendly and the maid service was great. We left in the morning and came back to a spotless villa. The view is incredible. We closed out each evening by the pool enjoying a spectacular Mexican sunset. Cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful home! Wonderful weekend!

We visited with 11 women for a three day weekend. The home is beautiful. Only issue was how hot it was in the kitchen (no A/C in there) and we couldn’t get the oven to start, but Hector, the concierge, was amazing in answering questions, setting up cars and even arranging on site massages. Enjoyed the room / bathroom set up. Pool is on the smaller side, but gorgeous! Stairs are intense when bringing up luggage and groceries (water/wine), but well worth it for the view. Beach is close, but we didn’t spend much time down there as the water was intense/dangerous. Highly recommended!

Bachelorette Trip for 12 People

I don't know where to start with this house. It was even more beautiful than the pictures and had amazing views of the ocean from every room in the house. You could even see whales breaching from the house. Angel was our concierge and he was amazing! He helped us order cabs and even helped order pizza delivery for one night. Jessica with Cabo Villas was great as well. She helped plan different excursions and meals for the group. I love the Pedregal neighborhood; it's very safe and has a great private beach. Pedregal is on a mountain side so the roads are windy and steep and most of the houses have a lot of stairs because of this. I will warn you that this house had A TON of stairs (more than the usual Pedregal house). It was fine for us and we really didn't mind it but if you have an elderly or handicapped person in your group I would not book this house.

The view NEVER gets old.

We walked all over Pedregal while we stayed here and realized that at this price point we had the best location as far as view and proximity to the beach. The communal living space and the balconies with quality furniture were enough to enjoy our vacation along with the view from the pool. We had a wonderful housekeeper, we had drivers named Edgar and Victor and we used them as well as our concierge Pedro. They helped make our time enjoyable. One key for us was having caterers come to the house and whip up amazing meals both for dinner and for breakfast. At breakfast we could all leisurely awaken and enjoy each other at the table and for dinner we could sip our margaritas and watch the sunset together rather than having half of us in the kitchen. It made a world of difference for me as the mom.; We rented a yacht one day for 4 hours from Cabo Yacht Life with Antonio. It was the perfect first day in Cabo thing to do: yachting, sightseeing in a yacht, snorkeling…. We walked all over Pedregal and it is beautiful. We saw whales daily from our balcony and from our pool. The temperature and the breeze and the sun were all so pleasant. If I could change anything in the home I would add to the size of the pool so everyone had the perfect spot to watch the ocean. The rooms are overly spacious, all with views, the beds comfy to us…. We are thankful to Cabo Villas and Beth and Pedro. Enjoy!!

Amazing!

This house was breathtaking. The views, the pool, the house itself.. everything was phenomenal. We had a group of 10 adults and had more than enough space. We are already talking about coming back!!

Excellent Experience!

Absolutely loved the Villa we stayed at! Picturesque views, beautiful accommodations, lots of communal living space while still having lots of privacy. The beach was literally a few minute walk away and the neighborhood is safe and the properties like pieces of art. Ashley, our account rep, was easy to work with and very helpful. Angel, our concierge, was exceptional! He was Johnny on the spot with every question & response and made good recommendations. I highly recommend this property & management company!

A Stunning Oasis

We rented the home for a birthday celebration. After doing my research, based off the photos and the price point I wanted to spend, this was the house for us. When we arrived we were blown away. The photos do not do this house justice, it is stunning. We only left for dinner during out stay. You truly never need to leave the home. There are A LOT of stairs, more than you can see in the photos. For our group, we had our driver help us with bags, but other than that we embraced the stairs, it was an added workout to make up for our margaritas. The home is good for groups or families. If you are using it for families, just remember the rooms are separated on different floors, young children should only be in the double rooms as the rooms are too spread out. We have already booked another weekend at this home.

Awesome!

Cerca del Cielo was absolutely fabulous! We only used the top 3 floors, but the arrangement fit us perfectly. The concierge called us prior to our arrival and upon our arrival he was there to show us the property and make sure we had everything we needed. He made sure we knew we could call him at anytime for anything. And when we called he took care of what we needed. The view was awesome and it was so close to the marina and fabulous dining. The beach was very close and we could see if from our balconies. The housekeeper did a fabulous job. The Villa was large enough to spread out (we were with our daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandchildren) and the pool was awesome! On the negative side, I felt the kitchen could use a few more items. The information said a fully stocked kitchen, but there was no measuring cup and it would have been nice to have items such as foil and/or plastic wrap otherwise it was very nice. Also, having a washer and dryer was nice. If you are considering this for several couples, the lower bedrooms are not as nice as the upper ones and the shower for the lower bedrooms would be shared. Also, there are a LOT of stairs. We were made aware of this prior to booking and it wasn't an issue for us, however, it could be a consideration for some people. However all in all, it was a great villa and I would rent it again.

Circa del Cielo = AMAZING!!

All I can say is this Villa was absolutely perfect ... great views, amazing pool, clean amenities, etc. It was the perfect house for my bachelorette party!! It had plenty of room for all 10 of us. The management was great too ... everyone made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent

We brought my son and 4 of his best friends for a senior trip. The villa was perfect! We had enough space for the boys to spread out (offensive linemen for Katy High School). Each had their own room to sleep and relax in. The pool was a fun place to congregate after a day of fishing, or being out on ATVs. The boys used the fire pit to sit around and talk after their nights out on the town. Truly a trip of a lifetime for them. Thank you so much ESSV! and the Villa management team and maids. Couldn't be happier.

Great Villa - Would Definitely Go Back!!

Just got back from Cabo where we stayed at Cerca del Cielo. I would give it 4.5 stars. If you can believe it, the Villa is better than the pictures make it look (and the pictures are top notch). The master bedroom on the top floor is by far the most luxurious room, but everyone was pretty satisfied with the other rooms - they're all nicely arranged and comfortable. Our group of course loved the pool and hot tub, and the front porch (two rockers, two lounge chairs and a big table and chairs) just a few feet from the pool was another hangout to get out of the sun. We also saw whales breaching and leaping from the pool each day, which we didn't expect and was an added bones. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the Villa and it's spectacular. Beautiful sand, rocky bluffs and waves crashing on the shore. It's not exactly swimmable due to the waves, but some of our group cooled off in the ocean during the day. It's also a beautiful sunset walk and looking back on the Villas from the beach is lovely at night with all the Villas lit up. It doesn't get cold, but semi-cool during February at night, so the gas fire pit was a nightly hangout. Another nice feature was the wifi, and the wifi phone which allowed us to call our families back home for free. Our concierge, Victor, was great and helped us arrange snorkeling - the snorkeling wasn't top notch, but the boat ride past the arch, seeing whales on the boat ride, hanging out at the beach in the snorkeling location (Santa Maria bay) and the free drinks were well worth it. Note that there are maids that come in each day and spend a good deal of the day cleaning the Villa. It was nice to have the maid clean the public space each day (the kitchen mainly), and we told her that we only needed the bedrooms cleaned once during the week. Also note that the dishwasher does leak, but we put a towel down and it wasn't a big deal. Also, one of the toilets in a bedroom didn't flush and another bedrooms' shower didn't drain. The plumber was unable to fix these. In addition, there were a few cockroaches around the hot tub, in the kitchen, and in a few of the shower areas - but there weren't too many and I think this is just part of the territory. They weren't a big deal. I do want to note that traveling to and from the airport via cab costs around $90-100 so be prepared. It's also quite doable to walk into town (30 min), so do that to save a $35 cab ride -$3 pp. Penny Lane is a great breakfast/lunch spot.
