Denne charmerende bygning var engang en høstald på en gård i det toscanske landskab. Nu er det et dejligt hjem med en swimmingpool lige udenfor hoveddøren og en tennisbane til højre. Gemt under skyggen af et nærliggende træ er et bord og stole til en al fresco spiseplads.

Stueetagen er alt boligareal, med køkken indbygget i et hjørne og en pejs tager centret for besøg i skuldersæsonen. Til venstre når du går ind, tager en vindeltrappe dig ovenpå til to soveværelser, en dobbelt og en tvilling, begge med aircondition. Denne etage har også et brusebad (f.eks. Et badeværelse uden bad) og en lille stue med udsigt over poolen.

Perfect for a tennis loving family visit

We spent five nights at Treggiaia and really enjoyed our visit. Great location for exploring the area, quick train into Florence and a quick retreat back to the quiet relaxation of the house. Loved having the tennis court directly outside our doors. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. Definitely recommend.

A Beautiful Stay with Wonderful Hosts

We stayed here for 10 days with our little dog and had an absolutely wonderful time. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area and taking day trips, but it’s just as great for spending a whole day relaxing by the pool. It was lovely to have the freedom to enjoy both sightseeing and peaceful days at the house. The accommodation had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated how welcoming, kind, and helpful the owners were. They were always friendly and happy to help whenever we had a question, which made our stay even more enjoyable. As a lovely extra touch, the owners surprised us twice during our stay with delicious antipasti platters, which we really enjoyed and appreciated! We would definitely come back and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting!

A Perfect Couple's Holiday Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Treggiaia and would definitely come back again. We booked as a couple for a 6-night break, specifically hoping for peace and quiet in private and picturesque surroundings, and our expectations were exceeded. The accommodation was lovely - very rustic yet extremely comfortable - and having the pool directly outside is perfect. The property is private and south-facing, so gets the sun all day, and access to amenities and the nearby rail station (so convenient for day-trips) is very easy. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful, very helpful and attentive without being intrusive, and our communication with both them and Invitation to Tuscany made the booking and arrival/exit processes extremely straightforward. We could not have asked for more. I would give more than five stars if I could.

Beautiful Villa with everything you need. Tennis court is well prepared and so is the garden area. The hosts are very welcoming and helped us whenever needed. Great experience. We will definitely come back!

Little piece of heaven in Tuscany

The villa and pool are delightful and the position is wonderfully peaceful. Our hosts were very helpful . This is our second time here and we love it. Great spot to tour around from or a quick train journey to Florence

Welcoming and nice hosts

We had such a warm welcome from Laura and she was very aware and welcoming serving both aperitivios and fresh tomatoes from the garden. Over all we are very satisfied and happy with the stay at Treggiaia.

Wonderful

We recently spent 1 week in the Treggiaia Villa, what a wonderful week we had, very centralised to explore Tuscany, most major towns were only 1hr by car away. The villa was presented beautifully and the owners made our stay memorable. Although a little bit out of the way, peace and quiet was what we were after. Regards Paul.

A Perfect Tuscan Escape: idyllic stay in the countryside

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday rental in rural Tuscany. The location is peaceful and picturesque perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The house itself is spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of four, with charming decor and all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the pool and tennis court, which kept everyone entertained. Our on-site contact was incredibly responsive and provided lots of helpful local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Lovely holiday at Treggiaia

Enjoyed a lovely time at Treggiaia. Very comfortable villa with beautiful pool and outdoor facilities. Spectacular views and privacy added to our enjoyment and the warm welcome from Laura, the owner, and her grandson, Niccolo, made it more personal. Friendly and professional experience from ‘Invitation to Tuscany’ made us feel valued clients.

Beautiful house and place to visit Tuscany with Family

Perfect situation to visit Tuscany (Firenze, Pise, Sienna…). Easy to find, easy to stay and enjoy the large swimming pool and tennis court. The space was just perfect for our family (2 kids below 7), and the host so kind full. Thanks again Laura for the welcoming and all the small things for our well being and confort during our stay. Simply wonderful thanks!

Sweet small house with perfect pool and tennis court

Very enjoyable stay - perfect for a quiet getaway for two. The house is well equipped and placed in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The pool is fantastic and the rest of the outdoor facilities are also great - with a private tennis court as an extra treat. The owner was so sweet and generous and brought us homemade cake and delicious antipasti. Highly recommendable.

Great property, wonderful hosting, less great location

The accommodation is excellent, well kept and very well equipped and very comfortable with air conditioning in bedrooms so nights are really comfortable. The hosts are incredibly attentive and welcoming and on hand for any help. The swimming pool is beautiful and the position and views wonderful. Except for the constant barking of dogs that could be heard in the valleys the position was wonderful. The location of the property was a challenge for us, it was a considerable drive to visit towns and cities with young children. The accommodation sits in what feels like quite a run down, industrial area. This is not clearly explained in Invitation to Tuscany’s details. It made the property feel quite isolated as you had to drive through major roads to get anywhere. The very heavy issue of mosquitos also impacted our stay and meant we had to seek medical advice at a pharmacy. It was apparently particularly bad due to the sustained heatwave, but we got so bitten we were very uncomfortable and felt ill for part of the trip. Again something mentioned in the property details about this would have helped us to be more prepared.

Just a perfect vacation

We have a great and relaxing time in this beautiful villa surrounded by beautiful countryside. The location is perfect for trips to Florence, Siena, Arezzo, etc. A nice walk in the Le Balze nature reserve is also recommended. Lovely break in Tuscan hills

Great villa and outside areas ..hosts very helpful , Niccolo even lent me a neck fan as temp was highest theyve had . The only negative is that there are dog kennels in the valley below and the barking was continuous on an evening and a few nights through the night which kept me awake, obviously this is out of their control.

Charming Tuscan villa with pool, tennis court, and wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home!

We had a great stay at this lovely little family villa in Tuscany! The house was charming and comfortable, and we especially loved the pool and tennis court — we played almost every day with the kids. The host family was very kind and attentive, and the grandmother living next door was delightful — she gave us our privacy but even surprised us with some delicious homemade antipasti. We had a small issue with the hot water at the start, but it was quickly fixed by the hosts. Communication was easy, and even with a small language barrier with the grandmother, Google Translate did the trick. A wonderful and relaxing stay overall!

Perfect house with pool and tennis court

The house is cozy, clean and well equipped. The pool, outdoor area and private tennis court are really big and amazing. The view is stunning!!! Host is very friendly and shared a list with great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. The only improvement I can think of is to buy a dishwasher.

We had a most enjoyable week here.

We arrived at the villa hours after our expected arrival time and still had a very pleasant reception from Niccola who showed us round the property. The weather was mixed but on the sunnier days lounging round the pool was perfect. The property is well placed for exploring places such as Florence, Sienna and Arezzo as well as vineyards and the surrounding countryside. We went by train to Florence which was easy.

Our first but not last stay at Treggiaia

Our hosts were excellent, they made us feel so welcome and helped make our holiday one to remember. Treggiaia is surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside so from the moment we arrived we were able relax and unwind over a glass of Chianti or two. There are a number of good restaurants within a relatively short drive but we also enjoyed meals on the terrace at Treggiaia, watching the sun go down. Many of Tuscany’s and Umbria’s historic sites are accessible by both car and train but also days around the pool. gardens and tennis court at Treggiaia were just as enjoyable. We are delighted to have found Treggiaia and look forward to returning to this comfortable and well maintained holiday home in a beautiful part of the world.

Tuscany Retreat

The property location was wonderful with views over to the Cliffs of Valdarno. Good to have air-conditioning in the house, but as it was so hot would have been nice to have this downstairs as well for the evenings. Niccolo was very helpful and made sure we had everything we need. Very nice to receive a bottle of Chianti which was wonderful and the treat of the arrival of occasional plates of canapés from the owners. Location generally was good just than everywhere is a reasonable drive of about an hour or so if you want to see the main sites. Thank you to the owners for being so welcoming.

2 week stay at Treggiaia

After the long drive from Belgium to Treggiaia, we couldn’t have wished for a better welcome. The owners greeted us warmly and gave us a lovely introduction to the house and everything it had to offer. The house has everything you need for a relaxing summer holiday: a well-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (with air conditioning — a **huge plus** during the warm Italian summer!), a lovely outdoor dining area and, of course, a beautiful swimming pool. Add plenty of sunshine and warm weather, and you have the perfect recipe for a great holiday! Everything was clean, well maintained and very well equipped. The location is another big advantage. From here, we were able to make day trips to some fantastic places, including Lucca, Siena, Florence, Arezzo and Montepulciano. So there is plenty to discover when you feel like leaving the pool for a day! The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, the house was wonderful, and we really felt at home during our stay. So, would we recommend this property? **Absolutely!** We’d happily come back and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable base to explore Tuscany. ☀️

Wunderbare Auszeit

Unser Aufenthalt in Treggiaia war sehr erholsam. Wir wurden von Niccolò herrlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Er hat uns zahlreiche Tips für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war sehr sauber und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz war ein zusätzliches Highlight.

Prachtige omgeving

Heel mooi prachtig in de heuvel gelegen huis. Ontvangst door eigenaar was zeer aangenaam zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. Groot zwembad waar vanuit het uitzicht schitterend is. Huis zeer schoon en comfortabele. Dit is zeker een aanrader.
