Beautiful House located on a scenic street between the Waterway and Canals

Our house is a 2,600 square foot home containing 4 bedrooms and five bathrooms! There are water views on each side...the intracoastal waterway on one side, and the canal on the other. The house has hardwood floors throughout and spacious living areas. There are new flatscreen tvs in 3 of the bedrooms and in the living room. This is a great place to gather with your family and has one of the best sunset views I've ever seen.

House was so clean and equipped with everything we could ask for! Beds were comfortable and the views were fantastic. The walk to the beach was no more than 5-10 min. Ashley was very quick to respond to our questions and, despite the rainy days, we had a wonderful stay. We plan to come back!!!

Best of both worlds.

The waterway and canal are both lovely and peaceful. Sunsets are amazing from the front porches. This is a beautiful and spacious house with great amenities- each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony! The host is nice and responds so quickly. If you’re new to Holden beach, it’s bike and pedestrian friendly.

We loved our visit. The home is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Sunsets are amazing from the front porch! Ashley is very responsive to questions. This was our second stay at this beautiful home!

Awesome HB canal house!

We had a great time at Ashley’s house. We loved fishing from the canal deck, cooking in the grill, watching movies, and driving or walking to the nearest beach access. Easy check in and out. Great communication. We had one incident that was outside of the owner’s control but she was quick to respond and the issue was fixed quickly by the local town authorities. Strongly recommend this place!

Excellent!!!! As always

We had stayed here for 4 summers and love it!! Ashley is super nice and attentive! Remarkable location on the intercostal. I enjoy having coffee and watching boats in the morning. I’m able to work in the mornings in the study, then enjoy the day. Perfect 1st floor bedroom for my 88 year old dad, so he can enjoy ease of getting around. We have our own space in fabulous master bedroom and kids & family have theirs. Wonderful new dock and gas grill makes even more special. Friends/family think we own it since they see same pictures & we refer to it “our beach house”, which is fun. However, we do not have the headaches of owning from 600 miles away. We have considered buying in the area many times, but Ashley makes it to easy and enjoyable, just reserve & go. Perfect for us and surely for you if you have read this far.

Holden on to the memories

Beautiful home on the intercostal. Not a bad walk to the beach. Sunsets from the porch are amazing. Could use some new beach chairs. Only two old chairs so bring your own. Holden Beach area is very nice.

Wonderful and restorative family place

I loved staying at this beautiful family beach home. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach very manageable. The front porch has a beautiful water view, and is nicely situated for sunset enjoyment. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, bathrooms plentiful, kitchen nicely appointed, living room and den inviting. I enjoyed the dock as well, and it's great to have the outdoor shower. On the whole, I personally felt it to be a privilege to stay in this cherished family home, and felt lucky to be there. Thank you!

Our Band, Carolina Kool was performing for Holden Beach on Sunday, June 8 and we needed a place to stay. This was an AWESOME home for the band members to sleep following their musical performance without having to drive back to Northern NC late on a Sunday night.Beautiful home and awesome views of the waterway and canals!

We love this house so much enough room for my family, so quite neighborhood, the view on the morning and on the evening so beautiful. We can see the boat go by even we still in bed. Fishing, crabbing so much fun. We would like to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much To let us stay and have a wonderful time.

Wonderful House, Wonderful locations

We enjoyed our stay so much. Tropical Storm Debbie decided to come in a day before we arrived, and that was a bummer. The home owner was so nice and easy to speak with. We ended up still arriving on time and definitely worth it. The house was so nice and in a wonderful location. Minutes from the beach and faced the intercostal waterway. Stunning!!! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much

Absolutely phenomenal

We love this house and go yearly!! Ashley is remarkable and so attentive! ;) it makes our stay stress free every year. Sensational location and safe for kids to enjoy like the old days with bikes and going to beach alone. Looking forward to next summer!!

Beautiful house

The house is lovely. It would have been helpful if property manager had left instructions for upstairs televisions. The front door batteries for the key pad gave out 24 hours ahead of our departure.

Beautiful Views

The property was very spacious and beautiful. We had views of the water from both the front and the back of the home. We were about a 12 minute walk to the beach. Everyone had a place to go and everyone found something to do.

Amazing house

We have rented several homes on the canal. This house by far is our favorite. The views are spectacular, intercostal in the front and canal from the back. Every bedroom had a porch with a view and a bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, games, puzzles, children toys and plenty of room to spread out. Ashley was a great host and thought of everything to make a wonderful week at Holden Beach. Highly recommend this house, we already booked for next year.

Family Vacation

Our stay was fantastic! This is the second time we have rented this house and it absolutely did not disappoint whatsoever! The favorite part was sitting out on the front porch in the morning and watching the boats and we even spotted some dolphins :) the back deck is wonderful as well. We hosted some family dinners with ease- our family was spread out over three houses. Beds were comfortable and hot/warm water was great! I would 150% recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay at Holden Beach! We will definitely be renting again. Thank you for everything!

Spacious and gracious

This rental provides the comforts of home along with amazing sunsets and water views on two sides (inter coastal waterway and canal). Our group of 6 adults and 3 elementary girls returned for the second year to this home in order to enjoy the ocean, beach and all this area of NC has to offer. The host is very responsive and motivated to provide a quality product to her renters.

Family vacation

First time staying at this house and at Holden Beach. Our family loved sitting on the back deck in the morning, drinking our coffee and loved sitting on the front deck each evening watching the sunset. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a huge plus. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding off the back deck. A/C works great and the beds are comfy!! I think it says a lot about a house if you would stay again…and we would love to stay again in the future!! May not be an easy home to navigate with older family members due to stairs. 10-15 minute walk to the beach and there is no public parking near the closet beach access. We had someone drop us off at the access and this person would walk back to meet us. Again, loved our stay and such a nice treat being on the ICW!

Family reunion

location,location,location......view of the intercoastal was spectacular. Spent a lot of time watching the boats go by. Only point that I would make is that the house could use some minor maintenance by a handyman.

Roaches. Hundreds of them.

Infestation of roaches. Hopefully they have corrected this problem. On a better note VRBO was extremely helpful. All money was promptly refunded.
