Recently renovated cottage with sunroom and porch. Intercoastal in front yard and canals in back yard. Private floating boat dock on canal behind home. Also a boat lift may be available when submitting lift access consideration application. Short walk to beach access. Open Living/Dining/Kitchen area. The views are the absolute best! They are in front and back--everywhere! This cozy home is located within 1.5 mile from bridge, restaurants, basketball court, and children's park. Everything you need to provide you with an easy, breezy visit to the coast while enjoying the great views.
