This is our new favorite beach vacation home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home! The view was truly incredible, and the home was everything we hoped for. The service was outstanding, and every question we had during our stay was answered quickly and without delay. We felt so well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌊☀️

Great house and property.

Overall it was great! Any small questions we had were taken care of very quickly. Great communication! The huge hiccup would be the internet. We were provided with an alternative network for our personal devices but the TVs were constantly dropping the signal too. Also I would suggest checking with the host and confirm they have a frying pan 😆 we had to cook our eggs in a stock pot. But it's a great location and house! We really enjoyed being on the beach with a private pool!

What a great place! Just perfect for us. The house was well stocked: kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc for our large party. The extra kitchen area and additional full size refrigerator was great for beverages and keep main kitchen frig free for food. Plenty of parking space because of access to the garages (our family was coming from several different states.) Plenty of beach towels. Ample toiletries and such for our stay. The response time from the house manager was exceptional. Never waited more than 5 minutes for a response to any questions, and usually the response was within about 2 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

The home was exactly as described. The openness of the main living area was spacious enough for our family of seven adults and four kids, yet the overall layout gave us plenty of privacy. The private pool was the perfect size to cool off in after a day at the beach or to lounge around watching the grandkids play. We loved the quietness of the area and having a private boardwalk to the beach. On our last day there, our son found a baby turtle in the pool. He got it out and he and the four grandkids took it to the beach and called Turtle Patrol. They were able to release it and help find almost a dozen more to be guided back to the ocean. It was definitely an experience to be remembered. David was an excellent host and responded promptly to any questions we had. Our time on Cinnamon Beach was one of our best vacations and we look forward to making more memories there in the future.

I think the word "premium" is thrown around too much these days, but this is truly a premium property in every sense of the word. The location is superb, right on the ocean, with beautiful sunrise views each morning. The community is gated, private, secure, and just A all the way around. The pool and spa are great, but if you want a larger, resort-style option, the community pools (yes, multiple) are about 30 steps from the front door. There's a grocery store that is about a 4 minute drive away. Palm Coast, with all the amenities of a moderately sized city, is right there, but this property still feels very private and secluded. Check-in and out were as easy as I've had anywhere. And no issues during our stay.Bring your whole family, and maybe your neighbors too. If anything, this posting makes the property look smaller than it is. There's tons of space. And it's well maintained too. I've stayed in a fair amount of rental properties over the years, and there has clearly been an effort to keep this property up, and it shows. This was our first visit to this part of Florida, and we will likely return. And if we do, we'll definitely try to stay here again. You can be to St. Augustine or Daytona and do the touristy thing in less than an hour, or you can stay here, in total luxury, and stare at the waves. Either way, with this as home base, you can be rest assured you'll have a great trip. Book with confidence.

Perfect Florida Beach vacation with incredible house and host

My family and I had such an amazing week staying at this beautiful house. The house was absolutely gorgeous, perfect location, wonderful pool and even a neighborhood pool. The house was fully equipped with everything that you would need. We were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and we’re able to cook her amazing meals in this beautiful kitchen. The host was hands-down, the best host we’ve ever had with any vacation rentals. He was so responsive and his communication was excellent. He responded within minutes of messaging him. The house layout was perfect. We had three generations in the house so we were able to keep the kids downstairs with their own kids club type feeling with a couch, TV bunkbeds and foosball tables. It was so nice for all the families to each have a king size bed with their own balcony. And the main master was decorated so beautifully. We will definitely be using Palm Coast Beach Vacations again!
