Spol tilbage med stil i en renæssancevilla med pool blandt vinmarkerne i Lucca

Dear Johanna, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review of your family stay. It is a absolute delight to hear how perfectly Villa Gattaiola accommodated your entire family. The peaceful countryside setting—offering complete privacy and stunning poolside views while remaining just moments from Lucca—is truly what makes this property so special. We are thrilled that you enjoyed exploring the grounds, appreciated the authentic interiors, and made great use of our local restaurant recommendations. Ensuring our guests feel effortlessly cared for is always our top priority, and we are so glad that Monica’s prompt communication and the owners' immediate care helped make your experience so seamless and memorable. It was a true pleasure hosting you all, and we would be delighted to welcome you and your family back for another unforgettable Tuscan retreat. A presto! Elena

Thank you for your kind comments and positive review. Thank you also for your notes about air-conditioning, which we point out to be missing in the description. However the rooms downstairs are usually considered quite cool.

Dear Katie, Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the pool and appreciated the attention to detail in keeping it clean and free of leaves. The pool (not heated) is indeed a wonderful feature. We're happy you found the space very nice and are considering booking again. We look forward to welcoming you back for another enjoyable stay! A presto!

Thank you for your kind comments. We are happy that you appreciated the property. We are sorry that you didn't find the villa interiors so bright as the photos. May have this been depending on the weather? Of course in the summer months it looks much brighter. We hope anyway that you will visit us again!

Dear Stephen, Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful house and stunning grounds, along with the convenience of being just a short drivebike ride from Lucca. It sounds like you had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and spacious areas. We appreciate your feedback regarding the small issues. We take these comments seriously and will work on improvements to enhance future guests' experiences. We hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable stay! A Presto!

Thank you for sharing your comments. We appreciate it as feed backs from our guests help us doing always better. The villas are self-catering and therefore basic supplies are provided for the arrival, not for the whole stay, but we are always also available to help and assist our guests during their stay so if you had asked for more toilet paper or other supplies we would have provided them to you. Mosquito repellents are usually also provided and you can find spray and other products in any local supermarket. We hope to have another chance for better assisting you on a future occasion in order to ensure you a perfect stay.

Dear Joe, Thank you for capturing the essence of your stay at the villa! The beauty of the spacious property, with its olive orchard and pool framed by mountain views, sounds like the perfect escape. It’s fantastic that you had the chance to visit the nearby winery—a delightful way to complete the experience! We’re glad our team could be of help, and it’s true that the villa’s historic charm includes some traditional features, making it a unique blend of elegance and character. Thank you as well for your feedback on amenities; we’ll consider this for future stays to ensure every guest’s experience is seamless. The note about stairs is also helpful for future travelers. We’re thrilled you enjoyed your time and dearly appreciate your recommendation—it was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back! A Presto!

Dear Fiona, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback following your recent stay at our villa. We’re delighted that you found the villa beautifully furnished and enjoyed the pool and sunbeds. We apologize for any confusion regarding the semi-detached aspect of the property. To clarify, the adjacent building is a separate property under different ownership. We regret that some aspects of the villa did not fully meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will carefully review the issues you mentioned to improve the amenities and better accommodate our visitors. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we apologize if certain details detracted from your stay. Please rest assured that we are taking immediate steps to address these minor concerns, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding and suggestions. We’re glad that you still had a lovely stay, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future. A Presto!
