Thank you for such a kind review, Julie! We hope to welcome you back to Florence soon!

Dear guest, we’re so happy you enjoyed your stay! It’s wonderful to hear the layout worked well for your group, with three comfortable bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. Being just steps from the Duomo yet on a quieter street really is the best of both worlds, and we’re glad you discovered the great restaurants, cafés and gelaterias a few blocks away. Having the washer and dryer partway through a long trip always helps too. Thank you for the honest note about the couch, which we’ve passed on to our team. We’d be delighted to host you again on your next visit to Florence!

Thank you for staying with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the apartment clean. Thank you also for the feedback on the shower, which we’ve passed on to our team. We hope to welcome you back to Florence!

Dear Jennifer, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that the apartment met all your needs and that you enjoyed the neighborhood. It’s always wonderful to know that our guests feel at home and have everything they need within reach. We hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future. We wish you all the best!

Thank you for your honest review, and we’re truly sorry about the Wi-Fi outage. We know how important a reliable connection is, especially when traveling with kids and limited data. We’ve shared your feedback, including the note on dust, with our team. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, and we hope to welcome you back for a better stay.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your kind and detailed feedback. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the apartment’s central location, comfort, and overall suitability for your family, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We are also grateful for your comments regarding the points that did not fully meet your expectations. As a clarification, since we operate in rental apartments and not hotels, we cannot provide or continuously replenish consumables such as paper towels, extra toilet paper, or garbage bags. We do, however, always provide an initial courtesy kit upon arrival. Regarding the cleaning, we would also like to inform you that we immediately arranged a deep cleaning; however, this was carried out after your check-out, as we only became aware of the situation at that time. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, which helps us improve our service. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Warm regards, Apartments Florence team
