Completely renovated apartment with particular attention to comfort and design. This apartment is located in a building with lift in Piazza San Lorenzo in front of the Medici Chapels, in the heart of Florence.

The apartment has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is spacious, elegant, modern and comfortable. It is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

A great centrally located property Huge rooms and very comfortable Kitchen is not that equipped but if you don’t cook not a problem Can be noisy at night and early morning so have earplugs

The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked really well for our family. Having the beautiful common areas to relax together was very nice too. We used the kitchen to make breakfast each day. Having the washer/dryer was a bonus but it takes a long time. The view was fun - one night there was lots of street noise but it seemed to die down between 9-10pm.

This property was clean and spacious. It’s located in a wonderful part of Florence. Because of its location, it’s a little loud throughout the night but that was to be expected. The washer is the dryer; combo machine. You have to pass through and lock 5 doors from street to apartment. Other than these few items that were a touch frustrating, this is a great property and we highly recommend!

Great spot!

This was a wonderful spot to stay in Florence! Of all the places we stayed throughout our multi-city trip, this was by far our favorite!

Four days in Florence

The VRBO was excellent. The location was great; cafe's close by for morning coffee and breakfast. The apartment was quiet, and large enough for six adults to enjoy with plenty of space. The only recommendation would be to have coffee pods for the coffee maker.

Fabulous apartment with coffee shops and restuarants just outside the door!

Beautiful apartment, it was a little noisy due to the location, but the Medici Chapel is outside the window and the Duomo is around the corner! I loved it! Management was very good....I wish I could have stayed longer than 4 days!

Great location and great apartment

This is a beautiful apartment - with 15 foot ceilings on the main floor. Also in a central location. It’s obviously an old building, but the apartment has been nicely renovated. Check in was easy, maintenance was responsive, and the property manager was easy to deal with. Highly recommend it.

Location location location!!

This 3bdrm, 3 bth, not only gave us the perfect Italian ambience but was also ideally located to the Duomo and many other interesting sites. It’s walking distance to the Mercado Centrale, numerous restaurants and lots of shopping stores & vendors. The apartment was very clean & was as beautiful as in the pictures. Our host was polite, friendly and very helpful. We loved opening the large windows and watched the people walk by as the church across the street rang its bells melodiously.

Fantastic Apartment

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment is lovely and was exactly as it appears in the listing. Very well equipped, beautifully decorated, very clean and lots of space. And the location was right in the center of everything. Of course, being in the center of everything meant that the weekend nights were a little noisy late at night, but the thick glass windows helped tremendously (as did the thick wood shutters) so it was not an issue. We simply loved this property and could not recommend it more highly.

Fabulous apartment in perfect location

This property was perfect for our group of ladies. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The master suite was lovely. It looked out upon the San Lorenzo Church square. Room had a bar and fridge for keeping drinks. Kitchen was equipped with all. No coffee or teas provided but a little store was right down the street. Living room was cozy and plenty of room for dining.Overall a nice property with a very convenient location.

Overall excellent.

Looked just like the pictures. Clean, lots of space and amenities. Location was very convenient and every sight was easily walkable, AC in the upstairs bedroom was weak and light from the LR leaks into the upper bedroom. Luggage drop off and parking needs better orchestration. we got it figured out but if you're not travelling light it could be messy. Maybe we didn’t coordinate well enough with the managers. We were worried about the musician noise in the square because we are very noise sensitive but they were done by 9:00 pm. Overall it was quiet enough. Would stay again.

Superior, Spacious, Luxurious, Upstairs A/C needs repair

Family of 6, stayed here in late August 2024. Fabulous location, everything in this city is very walkable and you really feel you're at the center of it here. Reliable communication from the host made my check-in process go smoothly. Phenomenally beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Everything is as good or better than the pictures. This was such a treat. Among the nicest rentals we've ever stayed in. A/C worked great everywhere but one place: the upstairs bedroom with the Mr. & Mrs. behind the headboard. There is a unit up there and it looks like its working and the fan is running, but the room never actually gets colder. It needs fixing so you should confirm that is in good working order before you stay there over the summer like we did. In every other room you have A/C that works with no problem. We would without question stay here again. In fact next time we would bring more people because there is so much space with the pull-out couches all over the place and we want our friends to be impressed with the spot we found.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and the location was spectacular. It was spacious, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning, which was especially appreciated in the summer heat. The only minor downside was having to unlock five different doors to get inside, but it made the building feel very safe, and our kids actually thought it was fun each time we came back.

Stayed here in June 2026. Beautiful apartment, well equipped. Nice kitchen, three nice bedrooms. Master bedroom is fabulousFantastic location near Piazza San Lorenzo. Can be noisy until 10 or 11 at night, but quiet overnight.Great place. Best of three places we stayed in Italy on two week trip
