Denne 1400 kvadratmeter store casita har to soveværelser, to komplette badeværelser med et dejligt køkken med spiseplads til seks plus et separat spiseplads til to. Priser med hårdt trægulve, smukke adobe vægge, originale viga bjælkelofter, dekoreret med Santa Fe-møbler. Det store soveværelse er placeret uden for hulen, adskilt af franske døre, opholdsområde med et badeværelse, der inkluderer et brusebad og jacuzzi-badekar. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize-seng med et badeværelse med bruser. This was a super cool adobe two bedroom two bath, charmingly decorated with great communication from the host! It had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and the location near the Plaza was amazing, we rarely needed to even get in our cars. Very highly recommend!

We loved this spot - the house is welcoming and cozy and is located so close to downtown as well as shops, cafes, and grocery stores. We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom and the cozy living room. We found it quiet and easy to check-in/out. We would definitely come back!

The location was close to restaurants, churches, Sante Fe Plaza….all the architectural highlights. In addition the neighborhood was quiet, safe and romantic. The atmosphere inside was awesome and private. Privileged to have the opportunity.

Tony's place is a well equipped, clean casita in a great location for exploring Santa Fe. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was as advertised on VRBO. Once there, we rarely needed to use our car. The plaza is just a few minutes walk away, as are many excellent restaurants. Great stay!

Perfect location

Comfortable, plenty of room for three adults. Able to walk to great restaurants, the Plaza, galleries, etc. Convenient for drive to Bandelier National Monument. Will definitely stay here again.

Tony’s Place

We enjoyed our stay at Tony’s Place. Very convenient to downtown Santa Fe. The area is quiet and easy walking distance to a lot of SF.

Location!

The location of this casita was perfect! The walk to the plaza is easy and fast. Wonderful restaurants very Cole by which is so nice. Great place!

Charming

Very charming place, decorated with warm local furnishings. It was really close to the main square and lots of little restaurants. We enjoyed the little front and back patios. It was just perfect!

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased 10 properties, just off the plaza. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them! Tony & Sherrie own two properties right next door to our rentals!! They have entrusted us to watch over and rent their beautiful properties. Sherrie has exquisite taste and has decorated this place to the "T". Most of the furniture and decorations have been purchased in and around Santa Fe. It is such a pleasure to have such a beautiful property in our portfolio and I'm excited to show it to you!

Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own! Two bedrooms and two full baths, AND a Jacuzzi tub, this property is perfect for family and friends! Private outdoor patio around back, perfect for your morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings!
