We really enjoyed our stay—the property is beautiful, and the location and water views are wonderful.There are just a few things that kept it from being a 5-star experience for us. Communication about accessing the various gates could have been clearer, and having to get out of the car repeatedly to enter gate codes was a bit inconvenient.The interior could also use a little refresh, and the windows—especially those overlooking the water—would really benefit from a thorough cleaning. We’ve also stayed at other vacation rentals where the hosts provided a few local tips and recommendations for restaurants, activities, and things to know about the area. That small personal touch would have been really helpful here, especially for guests visiting the area for the first time.These are honestly fairly simple things to address, and with a little extra attention to cleaning, upkeep, communication, and guest information, this could easily be a 5-star property.Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.

Great unobstructed beach view. I think the only comment was the large air conditioning units in the windows..not sure why they are there if central air. Towels, linens were plentiful and appreciated the beach chairs in the unit. We did not love that it was right in front of the public beach access, but thats probably no big deal on non holiday weeks.

Great location with easy access to beach and dining

The location is about as good as it gets. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. Great location for families or large groups. Loved the surrounding area. Plenty to do within 5-10 minute walk.

Great location and property!

It’s our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. We had a hiccup on the check in this time and luckily someone called us back immediately on the emergency line and was able to get us in. Overall great stay, great location, we will be back!

Location was great and the beach view was wonderful! The place was good for what we needed. We struggled with the dishwasher a little as it was very loose and we had to run it a few times to get dishes clean. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on when we first arrived but after calling, they sent someone out quickly to fix it.

Location is perfect. Balcony/porch was the hang out spot all week. We had three couples- two young adults and 3 children under 5- so 11 total people and there was plenty of room. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and even extras in one of the closets ( which we didn't find until day 2 - pack n play, bike helmets, extra beach towels and beach chairs. Absolutely would stay here again.

The condo is simply fabulous! Some of the furnishings could use refreshing, but that didn’t affect our vacation. I wish we would have had better TV selections, but again, our vacation was unaffected. We loved the Rosemary Beach area!!

Beachfront Bliss

Only stay here if you want a relaxing and blissful vacation with unrivaled views of the ocean! The only drawback is the difficulty you will face adjusting back to reality from your stay. Check in/out was a breeze - the management company makes it very easy. Everything was super clean and felt like a hotel upon check in. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villas. This was our 3rd time at the Villas and first time with 360 Blue. We loved the bikes that were provided. Overall great vacation and experience! Great customer service with 360 Blue.

Condo was on the beach with great views! Beds were very comfortable! Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. Area rugs were in very poor condition, and white furniture both inside and outside was dirty. We didn’t even want to sit on any of it. Overall, this condo needs some serious cleaning and updating. We even found shoes from a prior guest under a piece of furniture.

Ray We had six adults and 4 little children. This rental was decorated great. It’s right on the beach and the balcony view was beautiful. 360 Blue’s response to the minor issues we had was excellent. I would, of course, rent this unit again.

Beach condo

The unit itself is a perfect location. I really enjoy staying where this condo is located. However, it was not as clean as I was expecting. The pictures on line do represent the unit but not r s toy the feel of a “newly renovated” property (as it’s listed on line as). We have stayed in many units of this condo building hope the things that were not so nice about property get addressed for future guests.

Beautiful View! Great Location! Clean!

We had a great time at this property! The view is stunning and it is close to Rosemary Beach. It is clean. I would recommend video taping and time stamping as you arrive and leave the property and the wristbands. There was a wristband missing when we arrived. Plus they said we didn’t leave all the wristbands on departure. It was resolved and we weren’t charged, but I had to appeal the cleaners accusation that we didn’t leave all the wrist bands. We indeed did leave them. I would not let this keep you from renting this property, but wanted to be sure you knew to take a pic when you arrive and after you leave!

Great place. Only complaints were the beach was WAY more crowded than expected and way more crowded than any other area on 30A we've stayed. May choose different location without so many people dumping into one beach access. Also more seating or a table on the balcony would be nice for more than 2 people to enjoy it. Very clean and roomy and well appointed otherwise.

beautiful and wonderful location. Seacrest Beach can get VERY crowded. House is very loved with renters and needs some pick up and clean up. Also we felt no big deal to live in it and not have to worry so much with all the wear. We would rent again with kids

Amazing condo and location

This condo was absolutely stunning, updated, and a perfect location. It had everything we needed and more. Not to mention the stunning views of the ocean and sunset everyday. Check in and check out were a breeze. We did have one issue that I contacted the company about but didn’t hear back. It resolved on its own but I do wish I was able to get in touch with someone quicker. Over all, though, I would book this vrbo again!

Beautiful condo with excellent views!

Beautiful 2nd floor condo with excellent beach front views! Short walk to pool or beach. Condo contains everything for a nice stay. Very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, etc. (No spices so add that to the grocery order). Lanai is also comfortable with table and chairs and sofa. (Sofa needs a good cleaning due to mold). The “gifts” were a nice touch for 360Blue. Reserve your chairs and umbrellas with LaDolceVita when you reserve the co do and get travel insurance with another agency and not the agency offered by VRBO.

We recently stayed at a 360 Blue condo rental in Seacrest Beach, and while the condo itself had some positives, the overall experience was disappointing.First, do not arrive before check-in expecting any assistance with luggage storage. We arrived early and found there was absolutely no accommodation or help available. The security guards were some of the rudest people we have encountered at a vacation property. Considering the premium rates guests pay, I would expect 360 Blue to invest in a better access system, such as key fobs integrated into guest wristbands, rather than having security constantly stopping and questioning guests.The condo initially appeared nice, but it is showing its age and needs updating. Several rugs throughout the unit create tripping hazards, especially for older guests. The ice machine did not work, and neither did the microwave during our stay.Another disappointment was the grilling setup. There is no private grill at the condo. The only grilling option is a community grill located next to the community dumpster, usually blocked by parked cars, which is far from ideal for a vacation property at this price point.Overall, while the location was good and the condo had some nice features, the poor customer experience, outdated condition, maintenance issues, and unfriendly security staff left a negative impression. For the amount of money charged, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I will not be renting through 360 Blue again.
