Uffizi Place is a nice studio apartment located on the first floor of a nice building with a lift. The house is located in the central Via dei Georgofili in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a stone's throw from the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio.

As small as it is, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Uffizi Place consists of a single large room with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a sofa bed, a double bedroom separated from the living area thanks to an elegant curtain and a nice full bathroom with shower.

Able to accommodate up to 3 people, this apartment is perfect for a family on vacation and is equipped with a washing machine and everything needed for cooking.

The studio is a perfect size for a couple or single traveler. The heat was a little rough since there’s no air conditioning, but the management brought over a new fan when I let them know that the one in the room was broken. There’s no working refrigerator in the kitchenette, so you’ll have to work around that.

Fantastic location. It's small and quaint but that's all you need when you're staying in the most beautiful city in the world. It's also on the 1st floor (2nd in America) so it's super easy to get you luggage up to. Just note it's across from accademia dei georgofili which gets a lot of visitors, so you'll hear tour groups if you are not an early riser. Also, I highly recommend going to the hotel rooftop right on the corner near the Arno in the Hotel Degli Orafi. FANTASTIC view. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

The location was easy to get to from any major site in Florence. It was the perfect place for walking. The place was clean, perfect size, and had everything you would need to stay for a while. Wonderful place!

Great location!

Beautiful apartment. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. You need a lighter to start a stove and there wasn't one in the apartment but this was a minor iinconvenience.

No visitor should be expected to wait for a technician to solve a lack of hot water. As soon as we were shown into the apartment Mr Vladimir immediately turned on all of the faucets. He said he wanted to make sure we had hot water. He found that we did NOT have hot water. He gave us two choices: either stay without any hot water or wait for a technician to come and solve the hot water problem. We had less than 12 hours to our visit and we chose NOT to waste it by waiting for the tech. Additionally when I looked for a 3rd pillow and opened the sliding door to the mirrored closet immediately a large iron fell down on me spilling the iron water on the floor. When I went to dry it with the bathroom towel, that towel came up filthy as though the floor had not been mopped. There were other issues with the apartment. I recommend against renting with this property until VRBO can guarantee significant improvements are made to it and that the managers understand their responsibilities to check on 100% services in the apartment and safety of apartment before renting to anyone else. WORST EXPERIENCE with a VRBO property ever. Extremely dissatisfied.

Good location

Building is very old and property is dated. Showerhead broke upon picking up to shower. Hallway is very dark especially with an elderly person who can easily fall. Not really ADA accessible when traveling with older family. Location is great. No late check out available - you’re just paying for the location.

Beautiful Florence Apt

The apartment was just as advertised, clean and the check in process was very easy. The gentleman who checked us in gave us lots of recommendations of places to check out. It’s in a fantastic location in Florence, walking distance to everything and right by the river. The only draw back was that the hot water heater went out and the property managers were unable to come and remedy the situation. They actually asked us to go into the basement to try and fix it, which I found frustrating.

Definitely OVER rated. Apartment was ran down and seemed extremely over priced. There was a sign posted about the building just having a break in the day we arrived. I did not sleep a wink. The bed also might as well been the floor. This at best is worth maybe 50 euro a night. The bathroom was nice and was close to all things near the Uffizi. However I did not feel safe there.

Great location!

This apartment is in a great location in Florence- walkable to many sites and museums. About a 15-20 min walk to the train station and a short walk across the bridge to Piazzale Michelangelo. It’s a super cute studio with everything you need- the washer was especially nice to have. Just remember there is no air conditioning here. There are fans and when it was high 70’s F I wasn’t so uncomfortable overnight. I think it would become uncomfortable if doing this longer than 3 nights or later into summer as Florence gets hotter and more crowded. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend to others!

Amazing location, not for the light sleeper

This flat was located behind the Loggia dei Lanzi, 2 minutes from Piazza della Signoria and 1 minute from the Uffizi. It is a prime location. The space is large enough for a couple and has in it all that you would need for a stay. I loved standing at the windows watching people go by below. There is a fabulous restaurant downstairs that has tables set up below the apartment's windows. The diners can be loud pretty late so if you're a light sleeper, don't forget your ear plugs. Also, early in the morning, the sound of the street cleaning trucks can be quite loud. My husband had no problems sleeping right through all of it.

Ubicación excepcional. El alojamiento estaba limpio, y las camas eran cómodas. Éramos tres, y se quedaba un poco pequeño pero nos apañamos bastante bien. Hay sartenes, ollas, cubiertos y la nevera, a pesar de ser pequeña, enfría muy bien y tiene un pequeño congelador que también enfría mucho. En cuanto al baño, fenomenal, ya que la presión de agua era muy buena, y tiene las lavadora allí, que viene muy bien. Por ponerle un pero, diría que no tiene aire acondicionado aunque es verdad que nos dejaron 3 ventiladores y se estaba bastante bien. Y la mesa para comer también pequeña. Pero lo demás todo genial, sobretodo la ubicación que es perfecta. A 2 minutos del ponte vecchio, y a menos de 5 de la Piazza de la Signoria. Había comercios muy cerca. Un 10 en ubicación
