Uffizi Place is a nice studio apartment located on the first floor of a nice building with a lift. The house is located in the central Via dei Georgofili in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a stone's throw from the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio.

As small as it is, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Uffizi Place consists of a single large room with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a sofa bed, a double bedroom separated from the living area thanks to an elegant curtain and a nice full bathroom with shower.

Able to accommodate up to 3 people, this apartment is perfect for a family on vacation and is equipped with a washing machine and everything needed for cooking.

The location was amazing minus the noise at all hours. Nice warm apartment and the correct size for 2 adults.

Perfect Location

The location was easy to get to from any major site in Florence. It was the perfect place for walking. The place was clean, perfect size, and had everything you would need to stay for a while. Wonderful place!

Great location!

Beautiful apartment. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. You need a lighter to start a stove and there wasn't one in the apartment but this was a minor iinconvenience.

Good location

Building is very old and property is dated. Showerhead broke upon picking up to shower. Hallway is very dark especially with an elderly person who can easily fall. Not really ADA accessible when traveling with older family. Location is great. No late check out available - you’re just paying for the location.

Beautiful Florence Apt

The apartment was just as advertised, clean and the check in process was very easy. The gentleman who checked us in gave us lots of recommendations of places to check out. It’s in a fantastic location in Florence, walking distance to everything and right by the river. The only draw back was that the hot water heater went out and the property managers were unable to come and remedy the situation. They actually asked us to go into the basement to try and fix it, which I found frustrating.

Definitely OVER rated. Apartment was ran down and seemed extremely over priced. There was a sign posted about the building just having a break in the day we arrived. I did not sleep a wink. The bed also might as well been the floor. This at best is worth maybe 50 euro a night. The bathroom was nice and was close to all things near the Uffizi. However I did not feel safe there.

Great location!

This apartment is in a great location in Florence- walkable to many sites and museums. About a 15-20 min walk to the train station and a short walk across the bridge to Piazzale Michelangelo. It’s a super cute studio with everything you need- the washer was especially nice to have. Just remember there is no air conditioning here. There are fans and when it was high 70’s F I wasn’t so uncomfortable overnight. I think it would become uncomfortable if doing this longer than 3 nights or later into summer as Florence gets hotter and more crowded. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend to others!

Amazing location, not for the light sleeper

This flat was located behind the Loggia dei Lanzi, 2 minutes from Piazza della Signoria and 1 minute from the Uffizi. It is a prime location. The space is large enough for a couple and has in it all that you would need for a stay. I loved standing at the windows watching people go by below. There is a fabulous restaurant downstairs that has tables set up below the apartment's windows. The diners can be loud pretty late so if you're a light sleeper, don't forget your ear plugs. Also, early in the morning, the sound of the street cleaning trucks can be quite loud. My husband had no problems sleeping right through all of it.
