Lovely apartment and the location couldn't be better. Climbing the steps was a bit arduous, especially with luggage. Otherwise very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s place. The communication was excellent from start to finish and the place was better than we could have imagined! The location was perfect and had a great view of the Duomo from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location and such a beautiful apartment with an incredible view! Close to all the major sites including the oldest building in Florence being directly across the street!! This does bring tour groups directly outside the downstairs door but given the apartment is 4 flights up they don’t bother you. The stairs are a bit grueling to get heavy suitcases up and down but the apartment at the top is so worth it. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, fell in love with the Moka pot, we’ll be getting one for home! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Venice with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Climbing to the third floor with heavy bags was a challenge but well worth it once you got there.

The apartment was fantastic! Be aware that climbing the steps is challenging (especially with luggage) but well worth it once you reach the apartment. The balcony overlooks the Duomo. The apartment is centrally located with several restaurants within a few steps of the building.Silvia provided excellent and detailed information upon booking and had a complete manual available in the apartment with instructions (in several languages) on operating appliances, etc.

This townhouse was perfect. The host thought of every detail and we were so at home in the space which was comfortable, beautifully designed, thoroughly equipped and in the perfect location. We can’t thank you enough!

The host thought of everything you could need for your stay! You can tell that it has been lived in, not just set up as a vacation rental. I appreciated all of the amenities (we did laundry while we were there), but it was also a beautiful space. And the view of the Dome was amazing!

This was an amazing VRBO! We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we're in Florence. It was super clean and everything was as advertised. It even has a separate washer and dryer - those are hard to come by in Europe! Oh, and you can't beat a view of the Duomo!

A really nice and very clean space to stay. Beautiful views, especially at night at the Duomo. All you need is around the corner, from grocery stores to wine bars and restaurants. Most importantly, fully air-conditioned, which is great in the heat while we were in Florence. Communication, Access to the property, Check In etc. was all very easy and straightforward. I would definitely recommend and will come back for my next stay in Florence.

Wonderful apartment centrally located to everything Florence has to offer and very spacious great ac as the weather has been extremely hot Highly recommend only challenge is you have climb 72 stairs to get to the apartment and that is not easy with heavy luggage There is a small but Beautiful balcony overlooking the Duomo magnificent at night and It’s a very clean apartment Grazie mille to Silvio

This place is absolutely stunning. To say it has a view of the Duomo is an understatement. You are very close (about a block) and the view of the duomo from the balcony is amazing. It is at the top so there are several floors to climb, but it is absolutely worth it. The place has everything you need for your trip including towels, kitchen, and laundry.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay. The location is fantastic for site seeing, eating or just relaxing on the stoop. Everything is spotless and very comfortable. It was like walking into a dream surrounded by history.

This apartment was a real jewel. The location was perfect, and we felt lucky to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the impressive Duomo. It’s close to all the main attractions, yet still very quiet.The place itself is spotless and convenient, combining all the necessary modern amenities with plenty of history and character. There are also lots of excellent food options nearby.The only downside is the lack of an elevator, especially if you’re travelling with suitcases, but it was still manageable. I would definitely book it again when I’m back in Florence.
