Dejlig lejlighed (45 kvadratmeter) i Via Fiesolana i hjertet af Firenze med en vidunderlig terrasse på 17 kvm. Lejligheden ligger i et smukt og karakteristisk centralt område i byen på tredje sal i en elegant bygning (der er ingen elevator), 5 minutters gang fra Piazza Santa Croce og Piazza Duomo og 10 minutter til fods fra Piazza Signoria , Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio. Området, hvor det ligger, har mange butikker og restauranter. Et par skridt væk er der loppemarked og det historiske fødevaremarked i Sant'Ambrogio. Lejligheden har en dobbeltseng, en sovesofa, et tekøkken, et badeværelse med bruser, aircondition og varme og et gratis WiFi-netværk til internetforbindelse. The apartment is in a perfect location, within easy walking distance to all major tourist attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Our host was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: there are a lot of stairs to climb, but the convenient location makes it well worth it!

Air conditioning was not working properly and was so noisy that we could not sleep whit it... And the apartment is so hot it's terrible... Also the bed don't have a good mattress. The mezzanine have scary stairs (dangerous). Plus 74 steps to get to top floor. Also not a verry good fridge. So I would recommend you to pick another place there is many more... Don't waste your money there. Regards

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the air conditioning, after your report we had it checked by a technician, who confirmed that it was working correctly. During the exceptionally hot days of your stay, the unit had to operate continuously at maximum capacity to maintain a comfortable temperature, which can make it noisier than usual. As for the mattress, we understand that comfort is subjective. However, many of our previous guests have specifically appreciated the comfort of both the bed and the mattress, as reflected in numerous reviews. Regarding the mezzanine staircase, guest safety is very important to us. The staircase is equipped with double handrails and is accurately shown in the listing photos, allowing guests to evaluate whether it suits their needs. Finally, the apartment is clearly described as being on the third floor without an elevator, which is very common in historic buildings in the center of Florence. We always strive to provide accurate information so that guests know exactly what to expect, and we appreciate all feedback that helps us continue improving.

Amazing location in Florence! Just a short walk to everything you want to see, yet on a very quiet street.Incredible bonus to have a huge (and private) terrace.Supermarket right around the corner. Farmers' market just a couple of blocks away. Marco was amazing with lots of great advice (Mr. Pizza!) and, very kindly, met us well after check-in time. If you're looking to stay on this side of the river, you can't beat this apartment.

My teen daughter and I had a fantastic stay. The hosts were very attentive, accommodating and flexible. They went out of their way to help with recommendations and help us have a lovely stay.

Great location, great apartment

We walked out every day and saw the Florence Dome! There were tons of restaurants, stores and markets right outside our door. Check in was easy and the host was great.

Had a really lovely stay at the property in Florence. Great communication and directions with Marco. He met us at the property and showed us around and how things worked, very friendly. Apartment was just what we required, well equipped kitchen and good sized balcony. Would stay here again if we visit Florence again. Would recommend.

Good apartment within walking distance of all sites

Great spot for a couple and only 10-15 min walk to most major areas. Host was easy to communicate with and had no issues. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs as apartment is on top floor and bed is on a loft up steep stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue, this is an excellent choice.

Easy to reach property from the train station on foot. We found the stairs fine to climb. The building was quiet and a peaceful oasis in the busy city. The apartment was clean and modern. Marco helped us with any question we asked and we loved his recommendations for eating or what to visit. Great local supermarket round the corner with everything you would need. We walked everywhere and there were many types of restaurants and bars to suit any taste. We walked over 90,000 steps in a week as Florence was the city that kept on giving. Fantastic apartment with a terrace in a great city

lovely apt

We stayed for 2 nights in Florence and this was the perfect apartment for what we needed. My partner and I went to the grocery store (which is just around the corner) and picked up some things to make breakfasts, lunch. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but should be all you need for shorter stays. Marco (who checks you in) is kind, welcoming and thorough. He gave us many recommendations and answered all of our questions. The apt is in walking distance from everything you need, food, nature, city, etc. We 100% recommend this place.

Good value for people who dont mind stairs

The location could not be more central, your less than 10 min walk from the duomo. It is great for 2 people who aren't afraid of stairs. We counted 75 stairs to the 4th floor (where your apartment is) also there are some really steep stairs to the bed room. All of this considered, we still really enjoyed our stay and just had to make absolutely sure we were ready to desend to prevent too many leg workouts! Marco (the person who met us) was wonderful and gave us any information we asked for. We enjoyed our time in Florence and having an apartment with a comfortable king sized bed, a washing machine, and a large patio made it fantastic!

Why do people invest into a renovation and furniture and then go on the cheap side? To provide a hand soap, dish sponge, a laundry pod, an extra garbage bag, paper towels, etc will cost a few euro. But release people from running to the shop to buy all these small necessities. And gosh, hire someone to clean this place. Not just spread the dust with a broom.The place is heavily perfumed, I assume to hide the sewage smell (which is very subtle, btw). The location is perfect. The balcony is wonderful. The bed is comfortable.The room is dark though (replacing broken lightbulbs might help)And it was the only place in Italy where tourist taxes were charged on the top of the total charge for the appointment. General impression: some care from the people who are running this place could be wonderful. Not everything is about money, isn't it?

Great little spot in Florence, close to everything!

This was our first trip to Italy, and we really had no idea where to stay in Florence, so we were really taking a chance on wherever we booked. I knew we wanted somewhere with a balcony and somewhat close to town. This apartment was both. Unfortunately it was raining both when we arrived and when we left, so we had to walk 20 minutes from the train station to the apartment with our luggage. Luckily, we only had carry-ons! Our host, Marco was so great with communication, replied to all of my messages super quick and was ready to meet us at the apartment. He was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us some great advice and recommendations of restaurants and entertainment. The apartment was a good size with a cute little kitchen. The balcony was charming and also a good size. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit while we were there, so we didn't really get to enjoy it all that much. The bed was located above in a loft area. BEWARE! The stairs to get up to the loft are very steep and very narrow with only a railing on one side. We tried to avoid going upstairs as much as possible. The bathroom is quite tiny, but served it's purpose. I would suggest adding a hook on the wall outside of the shower so that there is somewhere to hang your towel. There is a small washing machine located in the kitchen that is very quick and efficient. However, there is no dryer, which I guess is typical in Italy. But once we washed our clothes, it really wasn't possible to hang them outside to dry.

Tolle Lage, schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Florenz und konnten den Aufenthalt trotz großer Hitze, auch wegen der guten Klimatisierung des Apartments sehr genießen. Beim nächsten Florenzaufenthalt gerne woeder in der Via Fiesolana 14.

Cute loft, perfect location

This cute loft was located on a quiet side street in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy to walk to grab something to eat or drink. I would 100% stay here again. Just a little note: stairs, stairs, stairs. You honestly get a little workout every day. Which I really didn’t mind. But others may? Thank you Marco, for meeting with us, helping us get all set up and for the local recommendations.

Un plein centre qui se mérite

Appartement au 3éme étage ( sans ascenseur) avec terrasse enclavée et très chaude voire inutilisable en été . Plein centre de Florence qui permet de TOUT faire à pied , visites , shopping et restos . Patrice et Cathy

Dear Patrice, Thank you so much for your feedback, my apologies for the hot weather.. just for clarity, the terrace need to be protected due to birds flying on the roofs. Regarding the elevator, we indicated it in the apartment description and it’s not possible to have it because the building has constraints due to historical obligations in Florence city center.
